WeBase Hiroshima

When we arrived at Webase we were super happy with the size, cleanliness and layout of the rooms. I was traveling with a friend staying in a separate room. On night 2 of our stay she found bed bugs in her room. When we went to the front desk to tell them they were not overall accommodating. They were able to move her room but would not move me (I was in the room next door) unless I brought them a bug. I understand that bed bugs are out of their control and can happen anywhere but we were not happy with the service we received regarding handling the bed bugs. We asked if there was a vacuum or anything we could use to clean our suitcases with and they said no. We asked for support in ensuring the next rooms were bed bugs free and unless we brought them a live bug they would not help us out.
