- The hotel was extremely dirty. The sinks, bathtub, floors, sheets, and pillows were all filthy, covered in hair, and had a very bad smell. The hotel was freezing in the evenings, and the air conditioning heating did not work at all. The breakfast was very poor and disappointing. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I definitely do not recommend it. I would not stay here even if it were free.

- AVOID if you don't want to ruin your vacation. As an Egyptian world traveller of +20 countries, that was the worst place I stayed in my whole life. Dont be tricked with their reply to my review, they will definetly lie. They changed their name on booking from Sussana to S S due to previous bad reviews, please check the date of the reviews, it is only dated to Sep 2025, while the hotel itself is pretty old. Check it on Google. The reception is a scammer, he claimed that the machine doesn't work and wanted me and my friends to pay in cash with the hotel rate. Always stick to the price of booking please. I insisted to pay with card and it magically worked with no problems. They will claim that I refused to pay the taxes, which isnot true. Then he insulted me and my friends indirectly in a coward way verbally in Arabic, saying horrible things at my friends and at the hotel administration. And kept doing that and even threatened me. If I wasn't with my friends, I would have dealt with him differently. Infront of the hotel is pretty dangerous and full of scammers and heavy persons who try to sell you anything, taxi service, or horse wagon ride. They sit infront of the hotel and observe people in the balconies too, flashing light on them. The hotel knows that. The reception woke me up by calling me at 11:35 pm to have their charger back, which the owner of the hotel gave me as I couldn't find mine and told me to return it in the morning. That night shift reception man was just trying to harass me. The cleaning staff is great, but constrained by the administration so the sheets werenot clean.

+ The only good thing about the stay was the view. And nothing more. I repeat Nothing.
- It was very dirty. I received the room with sheets not changed from the previous guests. After I complained, they changed the sheets, but that was all. The room was still dirty with hair everywhere on the floor. The only place in the world, after visiting more than 30 counties, where they want to pat for water. Be aware if they offer you some tours. The price is, HM. Unrealistic.

- バウチャー見せて30km先の全く違うホテルを案内され、何度もグーグルマップで確認して何度もホテルの前を往復することになり再度伺うと、ここだってどう言う事？ホテル前のタクシーとグル？ 実際は6階の屋上がレストランだったのに、朝食は隣のカフェ行けとも言われたし、 レンタル自転車を聞くと販売しかしていない店教えるわ結局自転車屋さんで教えて貰ったわ。 近隣は夜中の3時まで大騒ぎだし。 ホテル前にはタクシーがわんさかいるし。 ルクソールが嫌いになる位最悪でした。
They said that we've made a mistake with reservation and couldn't receive us. Although we had the confirmation per Mail. We've already paid a part to the website, which we didn't get back. The reception helped us to find another hotel in bad location and really dirty. You have to check confirmation before going to the hotel. If they find clients who pay more they will cancel you at the moment

- To much noise, internet was very Bad compared to other Hotels in Égypte, we were heressed by Taxi drivers and people trying to sell things just putting one foot outside the Hotel , The cleaning stuff was very nice thats the only good point , with all my respect i will never go bak there

The train station is very close, about 8 minutes walk. ◎ In front of the station there is a supermarket with a stamped sign & fries shop with a balcony, on the opposite road is Luxor temple. no cleaning sign, staff will still come in to clean up

- Nos asignaron una habitación que da hacia un costado del hotel donde hay un mercado y restaurant local que están toda la noche con mucho ruido, aunque no es responsabilidad del hotel, es molesto , lo demás todo bien.

+ The staff were friendly and helpful.We enjoyed the view of the Nile from our balcony as well as the view from the terrace where we had breakfast.
- It was noisy the nights we stayed due to the celebrations for the Islamic New Year.
+ Very clean and spacious rooms and amazing view of Luxor temple. The market is a 2 minute walking distance and so is Luxor Temple. It is loud at night but it is also located in the busiest part of Luxor so it makes sense. The Karnak temple is also a 30 minute walking distance but you can take the sphinx road through luxor temple to reach there.
- The only problem is the amount of insisting that comes from the taxi drivers camping outside the hotel. When i was checking out of the hotel, there was already a taxi driver yelling for me to get inside of his taxi before i even exited the building. It can get annoying sometimes but this is not directly related to the quality of the hotel. Be prepared to walk away and ignore the taxi drivers, use inDrive instead.
