+ A nice swimming pool

- Very disappointed with the manager. She gives me the room which is not yet complete finish. The shelves were unstable and the shampoo container just fell and broke everywhere when I was taking a shower. After that, she asks me to change to the other room. But the other room looks not much different. And still too many issues. We decided to check out and moved to a new hotel.

+ Pool war groß und sauber.

- Wir waren von dem Hotel sehr enttäuscht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lieblos und eintönig, im Badezimmer hat es dauerhaft gerinnt, die Klimaanlage hat getropft, die Fenster waren nicht dicht sodass Mücken und Insekten im Zimmer waren zudem war es sehr laut bis spät in die Nacht und morgens ab 8 Uhr. Das Hauptproblem hatten wir bei der Abreise. Wir konnten nicht mit Karte bezahlen, obwohl uns dies im Voraus zugesichert wurde. Es gab lediglich eine englischsprachige Mitarbeiterin. Als wir auschecken wollten war niemand an der Rezeption. Nach längerer Wartezeit kam eine Mitarbeiterin, welche leider kein Englisch gesprochen hat. Wir haben den Preis bezahlt, den sie uns nannte. Zwei Stunden nach Abreise bekamen wir einen Anruf, dass die Mitarbeiterin versehentlich drei Nächte zu wenig berechnet hatte. Es war ein großes Drama die fehlende Summe zu begleichen.

+ Not much.

- This is a $12 hotel disguised as a $35 hotel. Very very cheap fittings, windows, stairs, plumbing, design etc etc. as though the brief was to make the cheapest flimsy hotel possible and charge as though it was half decent. Windows didn’t shut properly. Door lock flimsy. Water run off from the aircon goes to the toilet floor so wet all the time ….. to name a few issues. Avoid. Staff are nice though.

+ The staff were competent and the location was good.

- The photos do not represent this hotel at all. The rooms we had were underging renovation. We had a refrigerator but no electric plug into which to plug it. The beds were very hard and the bathroom a weird design with the toilet right inside the door. Room doors were paper thin. Breakfast was poor with cold fried eggs and undrinkable coffee. To add insult to injury, the pool was filthy and green on the first day, though it was much cleaner on the second. Avoid this hotel if you want a pleasant, comfortable and relaxing stay.

+ L’emplacement était plutôt bien, et la piscine vraiment agréable.

- Malheureusement, nous avons eu un gros problème avec notre chambre le compteur électrique a littéralement explosé et pris feu pendant que nous étions à l’intérieur. Plus tôt dans la journée, deux coupures de courant avaient déjà touché tout l’hôtel, ce qui montre qu’il y a visiblement des problèmes électriques dans l’établissement. Le personnel a tout de même été réactif et nous a changé de chambre rapidement.

+ La propreté impécable. emplacement bien situé. j'avais une chambre avec une belle vu sur la montagne

- Beau balcon sans chaise ni table, aucune chaise à l'intérieur de la chambre, pas de mirroir dans la chambre juste un seul au dessus de la toilette, 2 jours que les femmes de ménage nous ont mis des draps tachés, 3 matin sans cafée dans la chambre, 3 matin sans eau à la chambre, l'eau de la piscine verte 2 jours, déjeuner très ordinaire la seul variété c'est quand il manquait un produit, Je me suis plains à la direction et ils essayaient de nous dire que c'était peut-être notre faute. Il ya un autre client qui vivait des problèmes aussi et tout comme moi nous n'y retournerons plus.

- Les chambres et les salles de bain vieillissantes Le petit déjeuner peu copieux. La distance avec le centre ville.

+ 地段还不错，外观很舒服。

- 房间布局错乱，卫生间进门被马桶挡住，绕过马桶可洗浴，没有地方放衣服；卫生间门打开就挡住了洗手池；洗手池下面的冰箱突出来一截，洗手需要弓背；床头只有一边有电源插头，关灯需要起床门口开关。 关键是，床品不干净，掀开被子，一根毛发和N只死虫子！ 阳台外面是工地？或是空地？挺乱的。

+ -Pool -Frühstück war Ok, nichts besonderes - Personal an der Rezeption war eine Dame hilfsbereit, Personal beim Frühstück war nett. - Die Lage vom Hotel war gut

- Das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht richtig ab, die Toilette hat täglich unerträglich gestunken, teilweise gab es kein Wasser. Es gibt kein Safe im Zimmer, leider haben wir das Housekeeping dabei erwischt, wie sie aus unserem Geldbeutel eigenständig Geld entnommen haben. Bitte passt auf eure persönlichen Gegenstände auf!

- เสียงเปิด-ปิดประตูจากอีกห้องดังมากๆ น่าจะเป็นที่ประตูห้องน้ำ น่าจะเป็นโรงแรมที่กำลังปรับปรุง ก็อกน้ำไม่แน่น มีโอกาส น้ำรั่วได้ สะดุ้งตื่นตอนได้ยินเสียน้ำไหลเอง วันที่เราไปมีห้องที่ไม่มีคนพัก น้ำท่วมออกมา ทำให้ลิฟท์ใช้ไม่ได้ ปิดน้ำชั่วคราว แต่พนักงานแก้ไข ได้ว่องไว้ และเรียบร้อยดี

+ Der Pool und sas Personal. Frühstück war ok.

- Gratisvelos hatte es nur 3 in schlechtwm Zustand. Im 1. Zimmer hatte es viele Ameisen. Wir konnten aber zum Glück Zimmer wechseln.

+ Our initial bungalow had damp in it, so I asked to be moved rooms. They moved us into the hotel building straight away which was great. The room was nice and clean.

+ Der Außenbereich und Pool ist sehr gepflegt und ansprechend. Der Ausblick vom Balkon hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen.

- Die Zimmer sind schon sehr abgewohnt, obwohl das Hotel noch nicht so alt zu sein scheint. Das Frühstück hatte sehr wenig Auswahl und es gab nur Instant Kaffee.

+ The hotel itself is small, but nice. The pool is beautiful and have the best floaties! The breakfast is nice, but we felt like it was changing depending on the occupancy for what food we got.

- It was next to a pub or park which was playing music really loud in the night. Even though we were on the other side I could hear it through my earplugs. The bathroom is outdated, and the water is till a certain point hot but cannot go hotter. There is a limit on plugs in the room, and I missed a safe to be honest.

+ De kamer was top en het zwembad had voldoende lig mogelijkheden en ruimte

- We hadden een derde nacht erbij geboekt maar die was niet door gekomen dus we moesten een nieuwe accommodatie regelen die ochtend.

+ The swimming pool was great - exceptionally clean with big floating bean bag to relax and sunbathe on. The rooms were nice and clean. Would stay here again

- First night we stayed in the bungalow and it was loud but they swapped us into the hotel with no fuss the staff were great. Thank you for sorting everything out!

+ Spacieux , propre calme et bon buffet pour le petit déjeuner

- Juste un peu à l'écart du centre animé le soir

- rock hard bed. no safe

+ Vriendelijk personeel, goed hotel, mooi zwembad en tuin, ruim balkon met zicht op de prachtige bergen (vanop 4de verdiep). Voor ons was ook de locatie ok.

- Hoewrl geen slecht ontbijt, mocht er wat meer afwisseling zijn. Jammer genoeg was er, schuin tegenover het hotel, in het weekend een lokaal Laotiaans zang- en dansfeest dat 's middags startte tot 23u en dit met het nodige volume! Uiteraard treft hier het hotel geen schuld.
