+ The only good thing about this HOSTEL (not a hotel!) is the location.
- The room felt like a prison cell, even by NYC standards. The in-room steel sink made me feel like I was incarcerated. The bed is worse than a dorm bed. The outlets were in weird places. The room door had no door chain. I felt genuinely unsafe sleeping in my room. The shared bathrooms were clean, but also disgusting (somebody had not flushed their no. 2) and outright dangerous (the temperature controls of one shower stall were broken, resulting in scalding hot water). The staff was smug and unpleasant. What a rip off. The positive reviews must be by teenage or twenty-something backpackers. This is no place a self-respecting adult should spend even a single night. Utterly disgusting.

- No heat. Open window with air-conditioning unit stuck in it . it was 4 degrees farenheit with below zero wind chills. I had to stuff extra pillows and the towels and blanket in that window to stop the frigid air. I ran the hair dryer for heat. The bed was sideways so there was no headboard to rest your head on and the top of the bed was facing the open window.

+ O bar anexo ao hotel é muito bom. A localização é muito boa. Próximo a metros e a 25 minutos de caminhada para a Broadway ou Times Square.

+ Fomos sabendo que o quarto era bem pequeno, já que o preço era mais baixo. E achamos esse preço bem justo. Quarto limpo, arrumado todos os dias. Isso que falam sobre o elevador demorar é como todo hotel… em geral, foi bem satisfatório, e voltaria outras vezes se minha intenção for economizar. Vale a pena por isso. Recomendo para um viajante solo.
- Não conseguíamos regular o aquecedor do quarto, era muito quente e ficava ao lado de uma das camas. Para diminuir, tínhamos que abrir um dedo da janela para que o aquecedor desse uma desligada. Como disse, o quarto é pequeno, o banheiro é menor ainda, então seria um tipo de hotel que recomendaria para uma viagem de uma pessoa. No mais, gostamos.
