- Rude staff. Treated me like a criminal.
+ Location in Santa Teresa...that is all. Horrible placek
- Their suite of 26m2 apart bed and living room with terrace and see view is a total scam! You will get a 11m2 place with a bad, a chair and a 50yo small refrigerator. The walls are so dirty probably never painted and the terrace is a trash storage with no chairs or other . From the bathroom the smell is horrible and the walls of it are only 190cm high so everything is open. No living room, no separate bedroom. The upper side is lika a trash storage from Saturday party's. The kitchen has just 3 plates and 2 cups for 20 people. Just disgusting... No English speaking staff.

- It was dirty, noisy, and uncontrollable. I booked a bedroom with three beds, but there were five people in the room because it had bunk beds. I stayed for four nights, and nobody cleaned anything.

+ Está ubicado en una zona hermosa que recomendamos conocer. Buenos locales de comida y artesanías. Para llegar y en en hostel HAY MUCHÍSIMAS ESCALERAS. Al llegar nos recibió una chica divina que nos ayudó con info de Sant Teresa
- La propiedad no es fácil de encontrar y está bastante sucia parece abandonado. Nuestra habitación olía horrible (olor a cloaca salía del baño), 6 de la mañana y había gente tirando bolsas de hielo afuera de la habitación.
Overall, I would not stay here again. The mattress stank of urine. The place is a real mess, the kitchen and communal spaces are like a hoarders house and haven’t had a deal clean in what seems like years. I love animals and I know there are many homeless cats and dogs around and it’s lovely that the hostel lets them have a home there, but they are not well kept and smell bad. The cats go to the toilet in the garden which is right where everyone can see.

- Es wurde in unserem Zimmer nicht einmal das Bad geputzt, obwohl wir mehrmals darum gebeten haben. Hinzu wurde es als „drei-Bett“-Zimmer beworben, es handelte sich aber um zwei Hochbetten und ein einzelbett, sodass fünf Personen in dem Zimmer geschlafen haben.

Overall, I would not stay here again. The mattress stank of urine. The place is a real mess, the kitchen and communal spaces are like a hoarders house and haven’t had a deal clean in what seems like years. I love animals and I know there are many homeless cats and dogs around and it’s lovely that the hostel lets them have a home there, but they are not well kept and smell bad. The cats go to the toilet in the garden which is right where everyone can see.

Super établissement, bien placé dans le quartier de santa teresa. Les gens sont gentils, il y a tout ce qu’il faut.
Great hotel, well located in the Santa Teresa neighborhood, the people are friendly, there is everything you need.
The hostel has a good location. However, the bathrooms were very very dirty and there were lots of cockroaches in the room. The cockroaches were on our bags and beds. We did ask the staff for help but there was no one who could help around. Also not many social areas.

+ A localização é ótima, em frente ao lago dos Guimarães, é de fácil acesso a Lapa/centro. Staff foi mto solocito e me ajudou com uma situação pessoal. Fiz amizades com facilidade.
- O casarão é antigo e falta manutenção, o quarto estava muito sujo, mesmo com a troca de hóspedes nenhuma limpeza foi realizada. O banheiro estava insalubre, a cama é desconfortável e haviam mais hóspedes que o anunciado. Aos sábados tem samba e bastante barulho inclusive durante o dia com a organização do evento.
