   Nothing at all and we are easy to please customers who are usually content with humble accomodation when traveling on a budget.It is close to the train station,that is the only honest thing mentioned on booking.com We were looking for a hotel based on its proximity to the train station for our onward journey,we understood this was a low budget hotel,however the photographs on booking.com do not resemble the hotel or rooms in any way.The rooms are dilapidated,filthy and it isn’t possible to secure the door safely.Upon arrival the Reception/manager was extremely rude.Did not waste time trying to get a refund,we immediately looked for other accomodation and checked out once we found another hotel.Reception didn’t even seem surprised or concerned that we were checking out,couldn’t have cared less so long as we had already paid.I do not like to leave negative reviews but this place is truly appalling,the reviews on this website that are positive must be fake and photos must be enhanced with AI.Left quickly and realised later that i should have taken some photos of the room as it actually is.Please consider carefully before booking for this hotel.

   I would like to express my gratitude to Zostel Paharganj for refunding my amount. Upon arriving at New Delhi Railway Station, I booked a dormitory bed amidst the bustling crowds. Unfortunately, I mistakenly booked a bed in the female dormitory. Upon reaching the property and realizing my error, I requested the staff to adjust the dormitory amount and convert the booking into a private room. Initially, one of the staff members refused, leaving me no choice but to book a private room at ₹4300 out of concern for my accommodation. I must admit, I was not impressed with the quality of the private room and the lack of cooperation from the staff at the Zostel Paharganj branch left me dissatisfied. The experience prompted me to express my frustration, particularly because the refusal to adjust my booking felt unjustified. However, I am extremely thankful to the Zostel reservations team, who promptly addressed my concerns. They reviewed my query without delay, and within a few days, they refunded the unused dormitory amount. What stood out was their professionalism—they processed the refund without any further questioning, demonstrating a high level of trustworthiness and customer care. This experience has shown me that the Zostel reservations team can be relied upon to handle valid concerns with efficiency and fairness. Once again, I sincerely thank the Zostel reservations team for their understanding and prompt resolution of my issue. Your support is greatly appreciated!

   The stay was super fine with zostel Delhi. The staffs were too polite. When I was checking out in today’s morning, there was a cute receptionist her way of talking and taking feedback was just super awesome. She even told me to write a review, so here I’m. She made my day. All in all, rooms, staffs and amenities are super awesome on a very reasonable price.
