City Walls Hostel

My bunkmate and I both got bed bug bites at this hostel for two nights in a row. The hostel staff only changed the sheets and when I contacted the manager she was incredibly hostile, telling us both that there was not possibility of bed bugs at the property and refused to compensate either of us. The hostel itself was okay, but cleanliness and hospitality were unsatisfactory.

We had a nice stay and the staff were really friendly. The location was nice and the accomodation was clean! However we most definitely got bed bugs and us and a friend were referred to the manager who insisted it was spiders (we were getting bitten in 3s and only in bed). So it was disappointing that that tainted and otherwise nice stay.
