   My umbrella went missing from my top bunk when the bottom bunk below me was cleaned and the lady was rude and no help whatsoever. beyond my stuff being stolen, the facilities are gross. none of the bathroom locks on the top floor work and they are always gross. the pool is so small Ive never seen a single person ever go in it. i domt understand how tbis place is so highly rated. it has a bed and and ac, thats it

   At first, we realised the photos on here are AI and the place was a bit dirty and rundown. They had overbooked us and moved us to a private room, but the door was broken and wouldn’t lock. There was no front gate or security, and anyone could easily access our room. We were worried as we are two 18 year old girls, staff were rude, told us to deal with it and gave us a chair to block the door which didn’t work. At 11pm our only options were a refund with nowhere to go or move to their other site.

   Worst place so far. Zero atmosphere for a “party” hostel, yet loud music from 8am. Showers are in toilet cubicles: cold, awful pressure, badly angled, cramped and dirty. No toilet paper. Broken lockers on arrival so half my mates had nowhere to store stuff. Tiny, grim pool. Wouldn’t exchange cash for washing coins or provide change for the deposit. Refused to return my deposit until after I signed saying I’d received it. A few friendly staff, but overall a very poor, overpriced experience.

   I had heard great things about this hostel but unfortunately it was a really bad vibe there. The location is far from everything and there were no social events or anything and even in high season there seemed to be no one there. Also my pyjamas and some underwear went missing from my bed? Very strange I wouldn’t stay again. The manager is nice though.

   Absolutely awful. Toilets and showers were in the same room so when the shower turned on the toilet would get soaked. Had 2 men in our room who did dr*gs and had s*x in the room at 3am. Tried to ask the hostel staff to do something about it but they did nothing aswell as the security not being there most nights. The worst place i have ever stayed at

   If I could give this hostel 0 stars I would. We arrived and we had no running water. The hostel had been open for 2 or 3 days and it was filthy. We watched someone check out and the staff didn’t even change the sheets. There were no locks on the dorms and you couldn’t put a lock on any of the lockers. When we finally did get running water, it was brown. The pool was also vile. Avoid! The only positive to this hostel, is the staff. The party reps were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.
