   Well, what can I say? We arrived there and immediately asked if it was possible to stay one night less than booked. Mind you, on Hostelworld it said it was possible to cancel the last night. But they told us we had to pay anyway. When we tried to talk to them about it they simply laughed at us. Also, the vibe is super weird. Only men on the hunt. Insanely uncomfortable. When we walked into our room there was someone else on my friend’s bed with her bare feet out. Have fun staying there! (Don’t)

   • One night I came home to a stranger asleep in my bed - after going to staff to ask to remove her they told me there was nothing they could do.

   Worst hostel I have stayed in after 4 months travelling. My bed had no plug, no curtain or privacy. It was also located right behind the DJ area and the music was very loud. One night I came home to a stranger asleep in my bed - after going to staff to ask to remove her they told me there was nothing they could do. I therefore didn’t have a bed for the night. The next day I asked for a refund but they claimed they cannot give me a refund. DO NOT STAY

   I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but felt compelled to on this occasion. Upon arrival to the hostel, we found a non resident had entered into our room and was tripping out on one of the beds on drugs. Very distressing to see. Security is poor and the door to our room wouldn’t lock. We never really felt safe at night as anyone could have walked in. The tap in our bathroom didn’t work and no cleaning of the room was done over the 3 days we were here. The bin was full of cacky tissues for over 48 hours. The springs in my friends bed were sticking out like a sore thumb. He had to go to the pharmacy and get some Kwan Loong oil for his bad back. The bunk beds gave us all terrible aching necks. In addition to this, I was so high up on my bed, that i was perilously balanced and any roll to the side could have led to my untimely landing on the floor below. To top off the facilities, the music blasts until gone midnight, making it very hard to sleep. The house rules on the wall state that no noise should be made after 10pm. Some might call that the definition of irony. Funny hey. I’ll tell you what, our stay was anything but funny. There were a few good points it must be noted. There’s a football pitch and a cash machine on site which is useful. The location was decent, but the rest of the experience somewhat ruined this. Sorry to leave such a poor review, but I felt obliged to following such a poor experience.
