Got bed bugs :( other than that the location was good, price was good, vibe was chill. Got a private room which was cool. Some of the rooms had bugs all over

Il Y A DES PUNAISES DE LIT!!! Traces sur le matelas sous les draps + piqûres qui correspondent à celle des punaises et pas de moustiques, mon ami et moi avons demander à d’autres personnes de l’hôtel nous ne sommes pas les seuls et le staff ne veut rien faire!!!

PUNAISE DE LIT FUYEZ On leur a dit et leur seule réponse est que ce sont des moustiques qu’on ment et qu’il faut que j’aille le prouver à l’hôpital J’ai parlé à d’autres personnes de l’hôtel nous nés sommes pas les seuls à en avoir!!!

ההוסטל הכי גרוע שהייתי בו, לא ברור למה כל הישראלים באים אליו. המקום עצמו שורץ יתושים פשפשים בכמויות מסוכנות, ובזמן שהייתי גנבו לי ולעוד 2 אורחים כסף בלילה וכשהגענו לקבלה לבקש את הצילומי אבטחה העובדים היו סופר אדישים ואמרו שאין מה לעשות. החדרים עצמם בלי וילונות ורועשים מאוד The worst hostel I've ever been to, it's not clear why everyone comes to it. The place itself is infested with mosquitoes and bedbugs in dangerous quantities, and while I was there, my money and that of 2 other guests were stolen at night, and when we got to the reception to ask for the security footage, the employees were super indifferent and said there was nothing they could do. The rooms themselves have no curtains and are very noisy

Not the greatest place I have been in. I had a private room and it was very humid, you could smell it and also feel in on the sheets. + I found a bug that I think was a termite (def not a bedbug), but might be something to look into, because off all of the wooden furniture. The pool and common area looked fine, I haven’t spent a lot of time there since I was only there for one night. The location is very nice, in a quite street near by the city center with bars, restaurants…

Es un hostal con buena gente, hay buen ambiente y la mayor parte del equipo que trabaja es simpatico. Mi experiencia en este hostal no fue del todo buena, y por eso debo dar dos estrellas. Me explico: mi pareja y yo reservamos via Booking dos camas en una habitación compartida de 6 camas. Al llegar, nos dijeron que era imposible que estubieramos en la misma habitación pero que a la segunda noche nos reubicarían juntos. Bueno, después de no entender las razones (divagan y dan respuestas que se contradicen) aceptamos. El día siguiente, mi pareja tenia que instalarse en mi habitación pero mis compañeras que estaban de partida se quejaron de que les habían picado chinches de cama, y aunque la discusión entre el hostal y ellas no la se con exactitud, oí como el jefe gritaba que todo era culpa de que una de las chicas había dejado la puerta abierta. Después de esto, nadie me dijo nada ni me hicieron evacuar de la habitación, y parece ser que si que había chinches, y ni yo ni mi pareja no nos habríamos enterado a no ser porque estabamos en el hostal mientras todo pasaba, y no habríamos tenido cama donde dormir a no ser que hubiéramos ido a hablar ( con excusas, enfados...) con ellos en la recepción. Conclusión: tienen un desastre de organización. Decidimos irnos esa misma noche con un bus nocturno a Kampot.

Definite party atmosphere, pool & bar busy all day and all night. Not at all quiet if you're trying to get to sleep for an early start. No fridge in the rooms, no bath mat, no blankets, no coat hangers, no storage. Piled our bags on the stool to stop ants getting into them. Cigarette butts on the floor under the bed of our "clean" "non-smoking" room. First place we've been where we got bedbugs, one bed in the room in particular, covered in bites 😷 Also no point putting the "please clean my room" sign on the door, they only clean when you leave, and AFAICT, outside bins are emptied once a week.
