+ Lage war gut.

- Horror-Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer hat stark modrig gerochen – kaum auszuhalten. Der Geruch wurde offenbar mit mehreren Raumdüften zu überdecken versucht, was die Situation eher noch schlimmer gemacht hat. Ich konnte kaum atmen und dementsprechend auch kaum schlafen. Nach der ersten Nacht haben wir das Hotel sofort verlassen. Bis heute haben wir zudem keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen – es war einfach schrecklich.

- 10 Tage reserviert, 1 Nacht dort verbracht. Statt 4 Sterne eher ein Hostelqualität mit 2 Sternen. Hoffentlich werden wir darum Geld vom Bookinng.com zurückbekommen. Leider konnten wir Booking.com nicht kontaktieren, das Hotelpersonal wollte das Kontakt mit Booking,com nicht aufnehmen. Laut unserer Reservierung hatten wir ein Superior-Zimmer gebucht, entspricht angeblich für Budget-Zimmer ohne Fenster. Dies entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. Das Zimmer ein großes Fenster, das jedoch auf den Flur und eine Nische im Flurbereich hinausging. Weder das Fenster noch die Zimmertür waren schallgedämmt. In der Nacht hörten wir sämtliche Geräusche der anderen Gäste auf dem Flur, sodass kein erholsamer Schlaf möglich war. Zudem befand sich direkt vor unserem Fenster eine Nische, in der sich tagsüber das Reinigungspersonal aufhielt und Materialien lagerte. Mehrere Reinigungskräfte saßen dort regelmäßig und führten laute Gespräche, die wir in unserem Zimmer deutlich hören konnten – selbst bei geschlossenen Vorhängen. Zudem war die Schalldämmung der Tür extrem schlecht. Jedes Mal, wenn andere Gäste ihre Türen schlossen, bebten die Wände unseres Zimmers, sogar die Wand hinter unserem Bett. Unter diesen Umständen war es für uns nicht möglich, den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel fortzusetzen. Daher mussten wir nach nur einer Nacht ausziehen.

- The attitude of the manager. He refused to let us stay at the hotel as we asked for a different room as ours was unsatisfactory, very small, no window and smelled damp. We said we’d give a poor review if not sorted. The manager then ‘ REFUSED TO LET US STAY … SAYING YOU’RE NOT WELCOME… NOT EVEN FOR 5 MINUTES!’ I was crying and very stressed, we found alternative accommodation. The hotel said we didn’t have to pay as we weren’t staying BUT still took the money from my account and I’m still trying to get it back. This dispute is still ongoing but I’m shocked by the dishonesty of the manager… taking our money even thou he REFUSED TO LET US STAY. Also this hotel is on an extremely busy road.

- Dead bird by pool, not resort, not 4 star. Would not recommend. Overpriced for what it is. Lift buttons taped on. They don’t respond to any messages. 2 star at best.

- Property is not ready for holiday season. We booked a penthouse that was very poor stands . Safe not working. t.v has no English channels. Cleaning most of the time we need to complete cleaning. The pool is very much photo shopped no umbrella to provide shade. We need to wait for check in due to no linen and pool towels not available. Also so many things not working like lights no hand towels. No hand soap. We had kictchen will no cloth to wash dishes. All in all over priced .

+ Not much. The towels and sheets were new as was the foyer. View from the pool is nice and the gym is ok (no AC though).

- Unfortunately I had an all round terrible experience so I will try and keep this review as fair as possible. Firstly, I booked an 'Economy Twin Room' for two nights for 3,780 baht. The first thing I was shocked to find was that my room had no window! I went downstairs to ask if I could change room, but was told there was only a premium room available for twice the price. The room itself was spacious but filthy in parts - see pictures. The toilet seat was brown and stained, stain by the bedside lamp, and stains in most of the corners etc. Worst still was there was a constant dripping noise coming from outside. There is a door with shutters that opens into a space with the AC unit and then backs onto an alleyway. The dripping could be heard in the room even with the door closed. Then in the morning I was disturbed by loud noises as they were renovating and moving stuff into the other rooms on my floor. (see picture of hallway). I was not warned about this. I checked out a day early but was not offered a refund on the second day. To be fair, the lady at reception was very nice and apologetic when I asked to check out early, and alerted what was apparently one of the owners. I explained the above and he went off and looked at the room and the lady asked me to wait. The owner came back and told me 'the toilet seat is stained' - I realized this but presumably he had thought I'd meant it was just dirty. He didn't mention anything else and I just got the impression he wanted me gone. So I left. For the money I paid, definitely the worst room I've ever stayed in. I'm sure some of the other rooms are nice. I didn't opt in for the 400 baht breakfast. Not being offered a refund for the night I didn't stay is an insult.

+ The pool was nice but struggle to get food and drinks early as you'd have to travel downstairs to order. They should really have a phone there so you can ring it in. 7-11 on every corner Shower had good pressure

- Balcony faced a car park. Lights didn't work on balcony. Bed light was broken. Everything shuts @11pm. So if you are looking for something more to do, stay down towards Bangla road. Even though we were a family we still had to travel out at least 20 min everywhere we went. So the taxi fares weren't cheap at the end of the 4 days stay.

+ I really loved the view from the swimming pool and the room was large

- Hotel is on a busy main road although there was no traffic noise in my room

+ The staff were very friendly and the infinity pool was lovely. Rooms very clean and AC worked well. Tv had Netflix.

- Located on a street with heavy traffic but luckily our apartment was on the other side.

+ We enjoyed our stay in Kamala Beach, Phuket. Staff very helpful.

+ Very clean and chill, friendly staff. The rooftop pool is great and not too crowded.

- Not a lot of parking spaces, so you might end up having to park on the street. And also the sink in the room is a little inconvenient. Otherwise nothing to complain about.
