Twin Palms Hostel

Absolutely nothing. Awful place. It was all filthy, the bathroom was disgusting. Dirt and limescale over tiles and walls, an open drain in the shower that stank of urine. The bedroom was dirty. The “mattress” felt like a bag filled with straw but about 20years ago. The “Bungalow” should more accurately be described as a shack or drug den. There was no mention in the description that it was directly next door to the loudest nightclub imaginable playing music until 4am. The staff are rude and lazy. If you value sleep then I suggest you avoid this place at all costs. My friend stayed in another room which was equally bad and he got bitten by fleas or bed bugs!

bed bugs and beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable no locks on any doors above a massive beach bar so the beds vibrate with thumping music till past 3am 3 toilets for the whole hostel which were DISGUSTING - no sinks or toilet paper just an overflowing bin, a shower head and a toilet bowl. smelt DISGUSTING staff were never at reception to answer questions and the number it says to contact never replied to me i usually can do all types of hostels but this one was too bad for me

Worst hostel i have ever been to. Music does not stop until 4-5 am, and the beds were shaking because of the bass. Also the owner is trying to s*** - do not pay the deposit! Me and my friend also got bed bug bites. Toilets and showers were so gross and filthy, that even the water felt dirty. Would not recommend!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I have no words to describe how disgusting this hostel is—filthy toilets & shower, stained sheets, dusty rooms, and broken ventilators. The previous guests warned us to run away from this place and showed us bedbug bites all over their legs. We thought we would give this hostel a try even though it had bad reviews, and now I completely understand why! Seriously, hosting people in these conditions should be illegal. Avoid at all costs!

Nothing, place is awful and should not be classed as accomodation. More like prison cells. We booked 3 rooms and every one was worse than the next. We paid nearly £50 per night per room. Well and truly overpriced. We have been ripped off. Rooms were shabby and dirty. Bathrooms are dangerous as very slippery. Water was leaking from toilet. Toilet was filthy. Sink was not even fixed to the wall. Air conditioning was leaking water all over the floor. Mattress was worst I have ever slept on (probably has bed bugs). Noise was awful as next to nightclub. False advertising of rooms as nothing like what is showing on booking.com. Definitely well overpriced. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.

Typ an der Rezeption ist nett. ABER!!! Genauso stell ich mir die Hölle vor. BETTWANZEN!!
