good location, simple but pleasant room, friendly and helpful staff (of the Hotel above in the same building), provided list of recommended restaurants in Rome, possibility for breakfast in the bar nearby

Small nice hostel, well kept & comfortable. Friendly staff accessible through whatsapp & reception on a separate floor of the building. Good wifi & air conditioning/heating available. Value for money, if you consider that everything for tourists in Rome is expensive then it is ok. Location is good enough to walk everywhere but the Vatican. Buses are a nightmare, traffic is heavy, they take ages to arrive and when they do they are packed. Metro more reliable but not many stops in touristy places.

Generally pretty good and was spotlessly clean with good facilities. My main quibbles with the room were that the overhead lighting was too bright, so it wasn't cosy if you wanted an hour relaxing 'at home' before bed. Also the bedding was very light so on one night that was cooler I was a bit cold, and similarly the shower didn't seem to get very hot and took absolutely ages to get up to temperature, so again a bit of a problem when the weather was cooler.

Sehr gute Lage, vergleichsweise großzügige Zimmer und sehr gemütliches Bett. Die Dusche hätte sauberer sein können - sonst top.

Friendly, nice and clean, modern fixtures, comfortable bed. Only criticism is the demand-based pricing everyone (even hostels?) seems to be using now, so that one night of our two-night stay was about $100 more than the other.

Great accommodations in a great location.

The hostel was small, but it met all our needs. We stayed in a double room with a private bathroom. We were easily able to walk to the locations we wanted to visit. It is close to Metro A and the terminal. Our room had clean towels, a comfortable bed, and strong wifi. The hostel doesn't have its own reception, so they use the reception of the hotel on the upper floor. They helped us during check-in and check-out. While waiting for our flight, we safely left out bags there. Satisfactory visit.

the place was great and Ruth was really nice and helpful. also the service via WhatsApp was great and really quick. They also helped with booking a taxi for the middle of the night(which isn't so simple in rome). the room was spacious but cozy, a more fitting definition would be a guest house:)

Es excelente. La ubicación es increíble, a 5-20 minutos de los puntos más importantes. El personal nos atendió muy amablemente y nos solucionó cosas ajenas al hostel cuando lo necesitamos, logrando una calidad de servicio inmejorable. 100% recommended

Einfach großartig! Tolle zentrale Lage, toll ausgestattete Zimmer, ruhig, mit einer gemeinsamen Küche! Preis Leistung unschlagbar!😍

Bien situé en plein centre de Rome, proche des transports en commun, calme, nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Great hostel! Very quiet and charming which is what I was looking for. Not good if you’re looking to socialize and meet people but a wonderful place to recharge. The shower was a bit dirty and had some visible mold, but I’ve definitely stayed in worse at other hostels. Overall had a great stay!

Great people, comfortable rooms, fantastic and quiet location. Checked us in early too! Great experience, and they had AC despite it not being that strong.
