por empezar cuando llegue me dijeron que en vez de pagar lo acordardo con ustedes (125€) debía pagar 225€ y de distintas maneras me lo hicieron pagar ( llovía y eran las 23 hs) . la habitación que me dieron ( la 303) además de ser horrible , el baño tenía materia fecal, el colchón estaba agujereado y manchado ( tengo fotos) .al otro día amanecí picado por pulgas o algo así o sea me fui , les regalé 240€ pero era inhumano pasar nueve días ahí, si no me lo solucionan REINTEGRAND...
to start when I arrived they told me that instead of paying the agreement with you (125€) I had to pay 225€ and in different ways they made me pay (it was raining and it was 11pm). the room they gave me (the 303) besides being horrible, the bathroom had fecal matter, the mattress was holed and stained (photos I have) .the other day I woke up bitten by fleas or something or so and ran away, I gave them 240€ but it was inhuman to spend nine days there, otherwise they would solve my REINTEGRA...
This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The photos and descriptions on the app are completely misleading. Upon arrival, I was given a room that was nothing like what was advertised—it was in terrible condition. To make things worse, they charged extra for a "better" room, even though this should have been included in the original booking. The service was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
Horrible, ne vous fiez pas aux photos, les chambres sont délabrées, le plafond de la salle de bain était attaché avec des ficelles, aucune lumière du jour… à fuir
Horrible, don't trust the photos, the bedrooms are dilapidated, the ceiling of the bathroom was tied with ropes, no daylight... leaking
