+ Hostel ist ruhig gelegen. Privates Badezimmer.
- Der Besitzer ist ein toxischer Alpha-Mann. Er ist sehr beleidigend und wurde mir gegenüber handgreiflich, als ich das schlechte Hostel verlassen wollte. Er ist sehr unfreundlich Männern gegenüber, nicht kritikfähig und hat eine sehr veraltete und toxische Weltanschauung. Das Einzelzimmer hat kein Fenster, es ist direkt an der Küche gelegen und kann dadurch nicht gelüftet werden.
+ All' inizio gentili poi dopo hanno iniziato moglie e marito a parlare dei loro problemi di coppia e sull' affido della figli, quando me ne sono andato il proprietario si e' offeso e mi ha minacciato in modo strano " se sei un uomo vieni qui e ci sfidiamo come al colosseo" mi scrisse su wapp ( io ero in vacanza e figurati se volevo litigare, poi vatti a fidare di un ex militare mezzo matto che ogni cosa che diceva faceva il contrario, quando l' ho capito sono andato via anche perche fuori dall' ostello aveva paura di tutto ma dentro( dopo aver preso confidenza) faceva il camorrista senza necessita' se non per sfogare la propria amarezza per star affrontando un divorzio ( l' ho lasciato stare ma non si doveva permettere di offendere e minacciare)
+ Gostei da limpeza e das instalações
- Não gostei do atendimento. James recebeu a gente bêbado e sem camisa. Não dava para entender o que falava. Ainda uma amiga tenha feito a reserva numa habitação individual e mudaram ela para uma compartilhada, sem pedir desculpas, sendo muito grossos. Tanto o dono pelo telefone como o moço que atendeu a gente no hotel. Não recomendo. Na nossa habitação faltava lenço para uma cama.
+ So i only liked the decoration in the entrance and location.
- So there weren’t any working “staff” i heard that the owners are not in the hostel and their friend were helping but there wasn’t any cleaner or receptionist so i had to leave early. They sent me a video to open a box outside of the hostel and then i could enter the property but in that box they didn’t have the keys. I was lucky to find someone when i knocked the door. The price is very good yes but that doesn’t mean that you should sleep low quality room. The room that i was staying had 2 bunk beds 1 double bed but there wasn’t enough place to put my backpacks also. As i said before there weren’t any receptionists or any workers to ask for recommendations or even to talk. When i arrived the hostel they didn’t know that i’ll arrive. So also i felt safe around the hostel the location and price is good but not further than that. I think you shouldn’t choose this hostel if you wanna socialize and have a good hostel experience.
+ Gostei da limpeza e do local
- Me reservaram um quarto e me colocaram em outro depois. No booking quando fui fazer a reserva não havia descrição dos nomes dos quartos. Reservei um de cama de solteiro (não tinha nome de identificação) com a descrição de 12m quadrados. Eles confundiram e depois de me instalarem num quarto com apenas uma cama de solteiro falaram que eu havia entendido errado. E falaram de forma grosseira quando questionei... Além do que um dos anfitriões estava alcoolizado.
Não recomendo para mulheres.

- La habitación donde me quedé estaba muy encerrada y no ventilada. La unica ventana daba a un patio interno donde las personas fuman, entonces eso fue un gran problema para mi, que soy alergica. Solo habia un baño para muchas personas y muchas veces estaba ocupado. La cocina estaba pobremente equipada.
+ Nette Lage, sehr ruhig, aber dennoch nah genug um überall zu Fuß hin zu kommen sehr netter Kontakt zu Nelly, der Gastgeberin, sie war sehr bemüht meinen Aufenthalt zu verbessern und hat mich ohne Aufpreis vom 6er in einer 2er Dorm umgebucht
- Es gibt leider keine echt Hostelatmosphäre. Nelly kommt unter der Woche täglich, um das Hostel in Ordnung zu bringen. Am Wochenende wurde leider nicht gereinigt, so sah es dann auch aus… Da es - in der Woche meines Aufenthalts jedenfalls - keine Volunteers gab, gab es nicht so richtig eine Hosteldynamik, es war eher wie eine Zweck WG, es gibt auch keine Whatsappgruppe, um die Gäste zu vernetzen. Das kenne ich normalerweise so. Dazu noch diverse Kleinigkeiten (keine Stauräume in Küche sowieso Dorm, keine Locker für Wertsachen, Geschirrtürme im Spülbecken, zu denen niemand was sagt, weil ja die meiste Zeit niemand vom Hostel vor Ort ist, …). Insgesamt war ich leider enttäuscht. An sich hat das kleine Hostel denke ich viel Potential, es könnte eine tolle gemütliche und familiäre Atmosphäre entstehen. Ich hoffe, dass zukünftig Besserungen vorgenommen werden damit der Ort zu dem wird, der er sein könnte! :)

- Não fica a beira mar, não me deram o quarto que eu reservei, a cama parecia que nem havia sido feita, deu q impressão de que uma pessoa saiu e me colocaram no lugar sem trocar o lençol ou esticar o mesmo, banheiro muito sujo, as instalações não eram limpas adequadamente e os staff não foram muito amigáveis no primeiro dia, acho que estavam tendo um dia difícil, no segundo dia foram mais simpáticos
+ A localização do Hostel é boa pois fica bem próxima do centro, podendo ir a pé ou até pegar um uber/99 a preço acessível. O bairro do Itaguá é muito bom para quem deseja aproveitar a vida noturna de Ubatuba.
- Achei a casa bastante escura. Tanto o quarto que fiquei como as áreas comuns internas, como cozinha e sala. Uma parte do meu trabalho é home office e não senti que o ambiente favoreceu. Também gosto de cozinhar, então senti falta de alguns utensílios na cozinha. As panelas mto velhas, grudavam muito a comida. Outra coisa que me incomodou foi que a pessoa que estava responsável pelo hostel não teve uma comunicação acolhedora, além de descumprir regras (bem reforçadas pelas placas informativas no espaço), como silencio após as 22h e sobre receber visitas.

- In dem Zimmer ist es nachts schon sehr warm geworden, obwohl wir max 5 Frauen waren. Aber es gibt 2 Ventilatoren

+ Fui para comemorar meu aniversário e simplesmente amei a cidade, o hostel super aconchegante, limpo, as meninas do hostel me receberam muito bem, ainda ganhei pão de queijo e sonho de aniversário kkk. Melhor experiência que eu já tive em hostel, com toda certeza voltarei.
+ Everything!! This has been one of my favourite hostels during my travels. The staff are super friendly and kind, the hostel is such a nice place to chill, it has a nice garden, good kitchen with everything you need and a lounge area with netflix.. this was so useful considering it rained every day i was there! The beds are really comfy and the hostel is really clean and well decorated too. I definitely recommend this hostel if you're looking for a friendly and relaxed stay in ubatuba.

We had a lovely stay here. The property is nice and homely with a good kitchen. The owner Henry is very nice and takes you on surfing trips to good beaches. He has a very good knowledge and is very welcoming. The hostel is very relaxed and good for a chilled surfing stay

+ Es war eine sehr nette Atmosphäre um Menschen kennenzulernen und zu surfen. Henry gibt sich viel Mühe und zeigt einem die schöne Umgebung. Mir hat es so gutgefallen, dass ich nochmal zurück nach Ubatuba will. Leider ist sein Hostel ausgebucht. Henry arbeitet stets weiter daran das Hostel mit kleinen Details zu verschönern. Ihm ist es wichtig, dass sich Mädels dort sicher fühlen.

+ Todo estuvo muy bien para mí, los días que estuve la pasé muy bien👍🏽Ubatuba es increíble!, la cantidad de cosas hermosas que hay para conocer es de no creer. Lo único es que llueve mucho, vengan abiertos a adaptarse a la lluvia.
