Madpackers Jaipur

I booked a private room for two nights but checked out after one due to poor hygiene. The bed was itchy, the sheets had hairs, and the mattress was visibly stained. The bathroom was filthy, with stagnant water and grime.

There was always a sewage smell outside, with dirty water in front of the hostel. The reception guy didn’t speak English, and the manager only replied half-asleep in the mornings. We had food poisoning and got no help. Bathrooms and floors were dirty, and both rooms we stayed in smelled horrible. The terrace, the only common area, was also filthy. The café was always closed. Rooms had ants. Terrible experience—I wouldn’t recommend it.

I mean, unpersonal staff. Room smelt strange. They played insanely loud music very early each morning from the rooftop. Also a lot of noise through the night - from the hostel. Breakfast nothing to brag about. Room nothing to be to fond of. If I would come again to Jaipur, I would not stay here, and would also not recommend staying here either.

Hostel bruyant sans fenêtre dans les chambres , humidité dans la chambre. Il n y a pas de Clim ou chauffage . Le restaurant reste correct mais dommage que de la bière aucun soft.

Small hostel near to City Palace, but The surrounding area is poorly developed and feels like a slum, some people can be uncomfortable. No parking space guests with vehicles have to park at their own risk, no help from the staff. Rooms and common areas are clean. Good if you booked under ₹1000) not more than. Major drawback was the difference in how guests are treated, with foreign travellers seemingly receiving more attention compared to Indians and they review are fake filled by themselves.

Very worst experience, dorms have only one fan and there is timing for AC 8 PM to 8 AM how people can stay with fan in this hot weather of jaipur also the common is at open terrace where no fan and AC is there in day time you feel suffocated due to hot temperature , i think Madpackers dont think about the travellers , seriously they put the common room on the top in such hot weather place Also the checkin time is 2 PM and the staff are so worst that they are not able to arrange early check

We stayed here for 5 nights and although the property is new, there are clearly some problems that need to be sorted. There is no heating in the rooms and the hot water only lasts for one minute maximum in the shower. Therefore, the room was absolutely freezing for our entire stay and we had to wrap up warm to sleep. The staff were okay generally but I struggled to communicate sometimes. Also no soundproofing whatsoever so it was hard to sleep.

This hostel was very disappointing. Based on the reviews I was excited for it, but as with much of India you can’t trust reviews. The hostel has absolutely no atmosphere! It wasn’t very clean, and staff were not welcoming. Do not stay here

I was really excited for this spot considering the high reviews. The room was gross and way smaller than the pictures. The floor was dirty, there was a dead fly on my bed, the bathroom stank and they only turn the AC after 8 so it was super stuffy. I didn’t even bother staying and left immediately.

The hostel doesn’t look like the pictures. The bathroom in our dorm room had a disgusting smell, something must be wrong in the sewage Bedsheets weren’t clean but were changed after we requested so. They didn’t change the duvet though so we had to sleep with dirty ones.

Les gens sont super sympa, le soir ce retrouve sur le toit et bois des coups. Le personnel et vraiment gentil! Seule bémol le tour organiser coucher du soleil, tu peut le faire seule, ça évite qu’ils te balade dans les magasin pour que tu achète un truc

c’est un bon rapport qualité prix !

lovely people to welcome one

We only spend two nights in the Madpackers Hostel, but enjoyed it a lot. The hostel owners are very welcoming and are creating a nice atmosphere. The rooftop area is the perfect place to get to know knew people. After a long day we had a good sleep in the very comfortable beds. I can hearty recommend!

This place was amazing!!! The kindest staff, amazing rooftop w/activites, clean and strong ac. Well worth the money, Jaipur is a great city and this was a more than comfortable place to come back to in the evening. Siddharth, you were amazing!!! 10/10 tour guide!!

We had an amazing stay here! Couldn’t stop extending! Great location right by the hawa mahal, great food in the hostel and the rooftop was lovely and social! The staff were amazing!!!! Would definitely recommend :)

Such a great hostel, Rom, Shub and Siddharth were so welcoming and helped in every way possible. Would totally stay again.

One of the best in India

I had a great time with the crew at Madpackers. Nice clean rooms, rooftop cafe with good hygienic food. Staff were all friendly and alot of fun. Located in a good central location for visiting the sites. Would recommend if visiting Jaipur.

Such a cool vibe, with really friendly people and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Very good staff—always ready to help and share useful information about the city, create good vibes for the guests like movie night, music and much more! The location is perfect, making everything easily accessible. Highly recommended!

Nice location close to a lot of attractions. Was easy and cheap to get laundry done. We went in the low season so it was not many other people there. Could have been cleaner.

good hostel, friendly people who help you with the things you need and a nice rooftop!

Good hostel with a great location for exploring Jaipur. The roof was great for hanging out. The rooms were nice, my only complaint is that there were no hooks in the dorm to hang towels or other belongings other than in the bathroom where they would get wet when other people shower. Adding some hooks on the bunks would be nice.

the location of this hostel is perfect and the rooftop is so nice to chill. The real charm of the hostel, is Payal! She is so sweet and made me feel right at home ❤️
