Don't come here for a peacefull stay. This place is more of a hip-hop/rap club than a hostel. The useless receptionist (Sid) thinks it's perfectly normal to break the hostel's own rules and blast music at 1:30 in the morning. The guy was raised very poorly, and dont have any manners or respect. I deeply regret staying at this crappy place.
It would have been good if wasn't for the fact that and old man in a 8 beds mixed dormitory (we were only in 2) started to m********* him self in the middle of the night and ignored the request to stop it, then he became verbally really aggressive. In the morning the man was neglecting everything. When i told what happened asap, to the personal of the hostel they decided to do nothing. Instead of sending out the man from the structure they propose me to move in a more expensive room.
Completely Unattended and Unreachable staff Despite confirming my late arrival through a WhatsApp message, I was met with a closed and unstaffed reception at 5:30 AM on November 15th. Repeated calls (dozen) went unanswered, and no one was available to assist me. Left in the cold for an hour, I knocked on the gate, hoping for a response that never came. This lack of basic hospitality and communication is unacceptable. I had to book another hostel because I could not continue to wait in the co...
*Honest Review. Pretty average overall. Cold and unfriendly welcome. Location is shocking, not near Hawa Mahal and other tourist attraction near the old town. I would recommend staying near Hawa Mahal and after one night at Hoztel Jaipur I opted to stay at another hostel which is incredibly clean, please research. Lots of people sick at Hoztel as location to food is really far which causes you to buy food in-house. In-house food uses tap water, be careful. Overall, there are better options.
Poor. Social area was shocking and full of mosquitos. Staff were rude and offered free coffee to us for a miscommunication which never got served. Wouldn't recommend.
Very noisy, not that friendly. Expensive for what it was.
Quite poor standard at this hostel even compared to the general standard in India. I felt it was misleading from the Hostelworld description and pictures. The dorm was fairly run down and the common area even more so. No atmosphere when I stayed either.
The bathroom and rooms were super dirty. There was a heavy layer of dust everywhere, limited toilet paper, holes in the sheets, to short curtains for the bed so limited privacy.
They changed my room after reaching at property.

Everything was good and well managed. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall vibe was comfortable and welcoming. The location is convenient, and I really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely recommend it!🫡
Felt like more of a hotel than a hostel. Nothing technically wrong with this place on paper. Nice staff. Nice rooms. Nice and clean. Just felt like it didn’t have any social atmosphere and the staff although helpful in their own was I found I had a lot more help from when I moved to my next place in Jaipur. I didn’t like the area though as it did not have much from walking distance and it felt more sketchy around there than other Hostels in Jaipur.
It was a nice stay in the property and a shoutout to the owner he is so so cool and accommodating. I had odered fried idli and i was getting late he didn't charged a single penny. He is a really nicw host.
Syd was really helpful and we absolutely loved the vibe of the place. Beds had curtains and were a good size. Great location and staff were always happy to help. Lots of hangout areas as well!
Really great hostel with great staff! I came to his feing quiet unwell and found it a great place to recover and regain my energy. Aimy and his staff really look after everyone staying and gave lots lf great tips for the city! Also a grea place to relax in the evenings!
Hoztel Jaipur was overall a great stay! Sid & Aimy make this experience 10x better with their warm, friendly nature. They truly love entertaining and go way further than the usual hosts. The in-house dinners are a treat. I stayed in the female dorm for 3x nights & a private room for 1x night. Privates are excellent, my only improvement would be for the cleanliness and security in the dorms to be improved - you can only lock the door from the inside, and the bathroom needs attention. Thanks both!
Had a great stay! The vibe was super friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was really helpful. Perfect place to meet new people and explore the city. Would definitely stay again!
Highly recommend! Sid and Aimy were so helpful with anything you could possibly want and the community dinners were a great way to meet people. Lovely facilities, fantastic vibe.
The staff are very thoughtful and really take care of you. Great social vibe!
Super Nice and friendly Host, with great food and nice beds! Would recommend it to anyone going to Jaipur looking for a nice and social place.
Staff was really good. Aimy is really cooperative and supportive. He guided me throughout the stay.
Stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days during my Jaipur Marathon trip, and it turned out to be a great experience! 🏃♂️ The hostel had a really comfortable and positive vibe, which was exactly what I needed before and after the run. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and perfect for resting after a long day. What truly made the stay special was the host — incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. From local guidance to making sure everything ...
Lovely hostel that had very attentive staff who helped me out whenever I needed it. Were very helpful at arranging one of my trains. The hostel is not in the middle of town but it is very easy to get there via metro which is incredibly cheap (10 to 15 rupees) and is a 20 minute walk away, or can simply get a tuk tuk or uber.
Although everything was amazing, the best park was the staff, they were all really friendly and helped us out with advice, favours and activities. Such a great stay!!
Very chill atmosphere and hosts are very accommodating and helpful.
I really appreciated ash for being my friend and checking in on me, making sure I was having a good time. The staff is super helpful and the hostel was clean. The location was great for running in the morning and the roof was nice for working out.
Absolutely brilliant property. Arsh and Sid were great and made the hostel such a welcoming place
L’hostel est bien placé dans la ville et le personnel est vraiment à vos petits soins, très agréable et très serviable ! Je recommande ! Merci encore à eux
Stayed for Holi, Amie sid and arsh were so welcoming and got us all involved in the celebrations. Great atmosphere and people, I loved my stay here
We had the best time! We stayed there for Holi and they organised a party, explained what was going on in the city very well and were always looking out for us! It is a very social hostel and we met great people. So thank you to Arsh, Aimy, Sid!
