- Their was no name on the property, no name could be very hard to find the hostel/property.they off the air conditioner in the middle of night۔only 2 bathroom is available though many people lives in it. Water was cold in one bathroom as only 2 bathroom are there. They don't on the lights. No cover of the duvet.

- 服务态度很差，空调总是停运，而且老板非常不友好，不建议入住这家青旅。

- AC WAS NOT WORKING STAFF WAS NOT GOOD MOSTKY THE PAKISTANI LADY THEY DIDNT PROVIDED ME ANY OTHER ROOMS INSTEAD. IT WAS TOO HOT AND THERE AC WAS NOT WORKING

- 房间没有锁，员工不敲门就直接进去关灯开关空调，没有隐私，我们住在里面也是花了钱的，空调遥控器不给，空调从晚上9.30开到早上4点，其他时间不给开空调，锁门的权利都没有，一个房间住4个人，加起来一间房是600了，住青旅一来体验最差的一次，洗手间到处都是坏的，除了位置算方便，其他的都是一塌糊涂，被子上都是黑色的毛球，卫生也差

+ I didn’t like it at all, I had bad experience and will not go there anymore. Regret to chose this place. I woild explore the city but didn’t because wanted to go back to my home as soon as possible because it wasn’t comfortable for me.

- It wasn’t clean and very messy. Didn’t know that it’s mixed otherwise would not go there. Even if it’s mixed washroom should be separate.

- I had booked a taxi in the hotel but I the mining there wasn’t anybody. Luckily some people could help me with booking one.

+ Wi fi działało. Sklep był w pobliżu. Miła Pani na recepcji.

- Zarezerwowany pokój z prywatną łazienką, pokój który otrzymaliśmy nie był żadnym z tych prezentowanych na zdjęciach z oferty. W pokoju były dwa łóżka, kosz na śmieci, mikroskopijne okno i klimatyzacja. Ręcznik brudny, pościel też wątpliwej świeżości, w pokoju dziwny zapach. Łazienka była może i prywatna, ale żeby do niej iść trzeba było wyjść z pokoju na korytarz ogólnodostępny. Łazienka to również żadna z tych prezentowanych na zdjęciach, zagrzybiała. Ogólnie byłem bardzo szczęśliwy że już nadszedł ranek i opuszczam to miejsce.

+ The staff were exceptionally kind and supportive, especially the lady at the reception. She was always helpful, respectful, and patient. The atmosphere of the hostel was calm, safe, and friendly, and the location was convenient for transportation and daily needs.

- There was nothing major to complain about. Only the wardrobe in the room was a bit small for larger luggage, but the staff kindly helped me find a solution.
