Première fois que l’ont réservait avec hostelworld, Nous avons eu un soucis avec cet hôtel qui a fait du surbooking nous n’avions pas de chambre à l’arrivée,l’hôtel nous a comme par hasard proposé une chambre dans un autre hôtel plus loin et sans piscine pour le même prix de plus qu’il affichait pourtant complet,( nous avons rencontré une personne qui a eu le même soucis avec le même hôtel), c’est une arnaque, impossible de contacter le service client
First time we booked with hostelworld, we had a problem with this hotel that overbooked we didn't have a room at the arrival, the hotel randomly offered us a room in another hotel further away and without a pool for the same price plus it posted yet full, we met a person who had the same problem with the same hotel), it's a scam, impossible to contact customer service
