Swing & Pillows @ 87 Chulia St, Georgetown Penang

The location was great, right in the centre and loads of great restaurants. The kitchen is good and the hot showers are great if you’ve been travelling The toilets were not seemingly cleaned the week we were there, lots of male guests so this was pretty bad. Walls are thin and the room vibrates when people walk along the hall so sleep is hard. There were people complaining of bed bugs multiple times during our stay (June time) so be careful

I had to change rooms due to bed bugs. The compensation offered barely covered a fraction of my laundry costs, and I doubt the rooms were properly treated before being reused.
