+ Good location to the airport.
- I never come back to the hotel again.i just stay there a few hours and go to the airport .when i check in , the toilet dirty and a leaking floor ,and the house cleaner i was thinking she forgot left liquid in the toilet and i am pleasure she does not clean toilet and too busy may be go somewhere and forgot.in the sink hair everywhere ,when i called the reception they are dont say sorry to me ,owner hotel did not look up their hotel ,towel very dark feel not clean ,cheap pilow too soft .their hotel like motel feel not clean and unprofesional

- Had a good review and it looked like it was clean. But when you got there slow staff, which was fine. But the worst part the room wasn’t clean. I believe the sheets were the same. No toilet paper. Bathroom toothbrush had opened packets. There was a poop stain on the sheet. There were a pill on the tables. Trashcan wasn’t taken out and it smelled like say riêng. Lastly, I think there’s bedbugs because my whole shoulder back is bitten up. And it wasn’t before. Found a bug crawling and flicked it becuase I freaked out and lost it.

- Hair on bed from previous guests and toothbrush in bathroom, musty smell in the room, overall not very clean.
- Really awful. Room was not even cleaned and bed was untieded. Total waste of money
+ Ужасный отель.Пока мы не доплатили денег,нас не поселили в нормальный номер,который был на фото.Это у нас заняло больше часа времени,мы даже хотели уже идти искать другой отель
- Менеджер отеля написал что если мы не приедем до 17.00 то он отменяет бронь. Мы были в пути и я писал заранее, что мы приедем в 22.00. Я связался с объектом. При звонке разговаривал грубо и резко. Сказал что отменяет бронирование и если я решу приехать в 22.00 то я должен буду заплатить не 500к, а 650к наличными. Я ответил что мы приедем. Через пол часа написал что бронь отменил и номеров свободных нет. Видимо хотел заработать себе. При этом букинг отмену не показывал, а показывал штраф 100%. В итоге после 3 часов нервотрепки и переписки я плюнул и забронил другой отель. Итог: отеля не видел, но с таким отношением и не хочу видеть. Не рекомендую

- Ein furchtbares Hotel. Wir haben es nur genommen, weil es in der Nähe des Flughafens war und wir unsere Koffer den Tag über irgendwo unterbringen wollten und uns vor unserem Weiterflug frisch machen wollten. Wir kamen vor dem Check in an und mussten für ein early check in den doppelten Preis für unsere Buchung zahlen, was eine absolute Frechheit ist. Es blieb uns aber nichts anderes übrig, weil wir unsere Koffer nicht sicher an der Rezeption unterbringen konnten. Der Mitarbeiter sicherte nicht zu, dass er auf das Gepäck aufpassen kann. Wir haben nicht in dem Hotel übernachtet, daher kann ich nichts zu den Betten sagen. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, überall Spinnweben an den Decken. Im Bad fließt das Wasser unter dem Waschbecken raus. Unterirdisches Hotel!

+ Tôi thấy không gian khá yên tĩnh và thoải mái như ở nhà, phù hợp cho các bạn nghỉ ngơi, anh bạn lễ tân khá thân thiên và support tôi khá tốt, khách sạn hoạt động 24/24 nên có thể ra vào thoải mái
- Theo như lời lễ tân thì khách sạn cũng đã được xây dựng khá lâu nên có vẻ không còn mới

- lầu 1 phòng tiêu chuẩn trần hơi thấp mọi người lưu ý nhé

+ Không gian yên tĩnh thoáng mát, tôi bị delay và nhận phòng rất trễ nhưng lễ tân vẫn phụ giúp tôi mang hành lý( mặt hơi ngái ngủ ), chung quy khá tốt
- có lẽ phòng đã hơi xuống cấp một tí

- As I previously stayed here often pre covid I was extremely disappointed in the condition and cleanliness now. This was a well managed, top notch, impeccably clean and well maintained little boutique hotel.

+ Gần sân bay nha. Mình xem đánh giá của những người trước thì mình thấy là có hơi bị quá, mình trực tiếp ở havana đợt này, phòng ốc chăn ga ok, lễ tân nhân viên dễ gần, ôn hòa trong cách cư xử với khách. Sẽ quay lại khi có dịp.
- Cơ sở vật chất cũng có hơi xuống, nhưng cũng không đến nỗi tệ lắm. Mình là dạng người dễ chịu nên thấy cũng ổn, oke rồi.
