The hotel is not clean, the room smells bad and is very old. The worst part is that there were bedbugs that bit me all night. It’s also way too expensive for the quality. Don’t go to this hotel unless you’re ready to deal with all of that.
- keine Bettwanzen gefunden, aber verdächtig aussehende, unangenehme Bisse!! - Abgebrochener Duschkopf - Tapete blättert - Betten so schmal, dass man sich nicht bewegen kann, ohne rauszufallen - Fenster ließ sich nicht ganz schließen - Waschbecken unpraktisch platziert - Wasser aus der Dusche schwemmt das ganze Bad - Seifenbehäkter im Bad entleert sich permanent
An excellent hotel..if you like to live with rats. We stayed for 4 nights and occasionally we were hearing rats sounds but we never expected at our last night that we were gonna sleep with them as well. The shock was immerse (rats are so dirty) and since the room was small and our stuff was on the floor we could only imagine what could have happen to our clothes money etc. The best part is that they didn't have an empty room for us so we had to sleep all night in a kitchen table. NO COMPENSATION
We left our luggage in the room to explore the city, and after we came back, the room was cleaned and one of our bags that was full of presents/personal items wasn’t there anymore. They told us we could contact them to be refund of our losses by email, since we were leaving, but when I contact them they just ignored and didn’t solved the situation. Don’t stay there!
PT: Tinha CARRAPATOS na cama, é nítido que o lugar precisa de uma reforma e dedetização. Além disso, a janela não abria e o ar condicionado deixou o quarto com um cheiro ruim, que passou para minhas roupas. Não recomendo e não voltaria. La persona que nos atendió en mostrador ese día fue grosero y poco servicial. (Un hombre asiático de aproximadamente 32 años). El cuarto estaba bien, el baño es súper pequeño e incómodo. La ubicación no está cerca del centro pero si a dos cuadras del tram, llegas en 10 min al centro. Caro en relación al lugar y servicio recibido.

Bien situé, endroit calme. Personnel plutôt sympa. C’était propre. Je recommande pour un court séjour c’est nickel!
It’s a very good hostel for very short journeys, I booked the 4 beds private suit and was quite great I would recommend it, the bathroom was small and the location was not the best but is good for a short fast trip

El personal de limpieza y recepción impecables, muy amables y serviciales! El lugar no es grande pero muy acogedor, estuvimos 4 días y todo muy bien!
There are bed bugs at this property. I let management know but they did nothing about it. Please find another place to stay in Amsterdam
