- Poor service and attention from the hotel staff; they provide disrespectful and rude service, and you always have to wait for any assistance.

- Personnel incompétent et chambre extrêmement froide. Malgré cela, une seule personne a fait de son mieux pour nous aider face au problème de chauffage. De l’air glacé entrait en permanence par les fissures des fenêtres, rendant la chambre inconfortable, surtout en hiver. J’ai dû déplacer moi-même les lits pour les rapprocher du chauffage afin de pouvoir dormir. Établissement absolument pas recommandé, en particulier si vous voyagez avec de jeunes enfants.

- Ik heb een hekel aan hotelketens die misbruik maken van de situatie en mega veel geld verdienen aan opvang van asielzoekers, toen wij aankwamen stond er ook net een bus vol met vluchtelingen, het was een grote bende binnen in hotel, geschreeuw en onplezierige binnenkomst. Zelfs de bar was gesloten en ipv even biertje aan de bar zijn wij hotel uitgerend en ergens anders wat gedronken. Ik zal nooit weer boeken bij Best Western...jullie houden het probleem in stand en verdienen veel geld aan het asiel probleem

- Eerst zeggen ze dat je kamer klaar is maar je pas later kon inchecken. Wanneer je terug komt van een hele dag in amsterdam wandelen, zeggen ze dat er een fout is gebeurt met de boeking van de kamer dus als oplossing mag je met 4 volwassenen in een 2 persoonsbed slapen.

- The staff were extremely unfriendly, including the manager. When we asked for simple things like spoons, they gave us disposable ones you could just throw away. We also paid €40 to extend our stay, but even during that time, the service was unacceptable. The next day, when we asked for coffee capsules (which are usually replaced daily and are complimentary in most hotels), they refused and wanted to charge us extra. It wasn’t about the money but about the attitude and lack of hospitality. The way the manager handled the situation was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
- Letzte Woche war ich schon einmal hier und eigentlich sehr zufrieden, deshalb habe ich mich gefreut, wiederzukommen. Leider war das Zimmer Nr. 123 nicht ganz so wie erwartet – es gab keine Duschkabine und das Badezimmer war nicht besonders sauber. Auch der Nachtmitarbeiter wirkte etwas unfreundlich, was schade war. Insgesamt war ich dieses Mal etwas enttäuscht, obwohl mein erster Aufenthalt sehr positiv war.

+ Este alojamiento lo tomamos, sólo porque el Hotel que elegimos estaba disponible sólo desde el día siguiente por lo que lo utilizamos solo para dormir. Estaba lejos del centro y ma estación, y a pesar de ello era caro, quizá porque eran los últimos días de las vacaciones de invierno en Europa.
- Nada en particular pues solo llegamos a dormir.

- Les douches… lorsqu’il y a un bon froid dehors et qu’on souhaite se réchauffer avec la douche, celui ci par moment devenez froid et c’était du coup très désagréable

- The stuff was not friendly, the tram station was close but you had to pass infront of a facility for addicted people, and that made it hard for a woman to go alone especially at night. The beds not comftable room too basic.

- Purtroppo la posizione non era delle migliori peccato perché l albergo è molto curato e bello nonostante però quando ho fatto la prenotazione avevo chiesto un letto alla francese invece ci hanno dato due letti singoli
