The worst experience I've had. There were bed bugs everywhere—different sizes, which tells you they've been there a while, not just a one-off. And this wasn't confined to the bed: we found them on the walls, the ceiling, the towels, literally all over the room. We counted more than 10 bugs before we had to evacuate the room, and that's just what we managed to count in that time. When we checked in, the host told us everything was thoroughly sanitized. When we reported the bed bugs, he told us they'd had pest control 6 days before the incident, but he did not show any proof of it—meanwhile, we have photos and videos of the bugs ourselves. As mentioned, we found bugs ranging from tiny baby ones to large adults, and bed bugs need time to go through those different stages, so this clearly wasn't a fresh or isolated issue. I've since read other reviews and the host's responses to them, and honestly, whatever they're doing clearly isn't working, because this is not an isolated case. On top of the bed bugs, there are black spots in parts of the room that look like mold. We also had no water for the last 24 hours of our stay. I understand a water issue can be out of the host's control, but the complete lack of communication or updates about it was not—we got nothing. Apart from all these, there was 0 accountability, no refund, no sorry, nothing. Just do yourself a favor and stay away.

MAYBE ...NOT HAVE BED BUGS ! that would be amazing Now I am putting reviews and seeing this is not the first time at all!!!! They are spreading the bed bugs all over the world as people provide them with proof and they say they inspect and they don't have bugs .Lies! we have photos like the rest of the people! The thing is not everyone would feel the bugs ,there are sensitive people like me that they would and my boyfriend that didn't have one bite.this is the bed bug.therefore the people that don't feel it is simply taking it with them to their country and spreading it there! they need to be stopped! Bed bugs alert!!!!! After we showed them all proof we actually saw the skin shed of the bugs and my body was covered in bites,still they didn't want to return our measley two nights fee. Now I see other people had the same issue. They are answering canned response to everyone meaning this is definitely not the first time or the last!they need to be stoped!

This hotel has a BED BUG problem and is unapologetic about it. I have 12 bites across my body, a rash caused by an allergic reaction to them, they are unsightly and EXTREMELY itchy to the point of disturbing my sleep even a week after I checked out. I was waking up nightly because of them, even days later. I had to buy antihistamine tablets and cortisone cream. I had to almost boil ALL of my clothes and wash/hoover my entire luggage at my next accommodation to try and avoid bringing any bed bugs with me both there and to my home later. Due to having to wash all my clothes at such a high heat, the colours ran and every single white item was destroyed. So this was not just an uncomfortable stay - it is having long lasting repercussions that I am having to deal with, through absolutely no fault of my own. And the hotel did not seem to care at all. I presented the receptionist with my bites and an actual live bed bug (a monster, I might add, it was huge - you can see it in the photos) and not once did he say sorry. He thanked me for telling him, and he was not rude, but he literally did not say sorry. And they still have not. They offered a part refund, which I refused as it was insulting, and then I was told that was it - I would not get a refund even though they did not provide what they said they would - decent, hygienic accommodation. Internet research later confirmed that 12 bites in 2 nights was likely the result of 4 bed bugs, given that they dont feed very often. And given the size of the one I captured, it had been there a while. So this does not seem like a new issue.

IT HAD BED BUGS whatever you do, do not stay here unless you want to be eaten alive. the worst part was the staff didn’t even seem surprised and instead of apologising offered me a different bed in the same room, and omg more bed bugs. however upon fleeing, we were offered a refund for the rest of our stay.

Hostel Looks very cute and has a nice view but one girl in my room had bed bugs . The staff took care of it and moved all of us to a different room but was a bit of a pain to deal with. Also the dorm doors don’t have a key and my locker also didn’t work. Not super social place but big kitchen. The staff is only there sporadically when cleaning. Bathrooms smelled a bit. I was told on my first day that the pool is free for us to use, then the second day we weren’t allowed to use it any more.

The hostel was perfect and well located but the bed I stayed in had bedbugs.
