I had a wonderful stay at Hostal Heredia. The location was very convenient and compared to my previous accommodations in Santiago de Cuba, very comfortable and private. They seem to have an electric generator so lights and the fan were available during the day. The AC was turned on at night. I look forward to returning!

All of the staff at Hostel Heredia went out of their way to help make our stay pleasant. I know they worked very hard to ensure we had everything we needed. We also had a nine month old and they loved interacting with him as well. I highly recommend Hostel Heredia if you are looking for a place to stay in Santiago. It is our first choice now whenever we are visiting family or friends in Santiago.
