Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

According to the info it is 4 km away from Hampi, that is to say: in the regentijd als de rivier hoog staat is er een brug naar Hampi. In the dry season you have to travel 30 km by tuk tuk to get over the nearest bridge OR through the mud in the river waden. There are no facilities nearby and the restaurant is closed. Very friendly staff.

I can't thank Nani and the staff at Gowrie enough. This is a lovely, idyllic place to stay, it's nice and quiet. Nani was so nice to stay with, he took me in like a friend and we hung out most days. The other staff were great too. I really enjoyed the food cooked on site. The bungalow I stayed in was just what I wanted, basic bed and bathroom and the common area was delightfully simple and chilled to hang out in. The location is blissfully quiet, in amongst palm trees and rice paddies.

This property was fantastic! Very rustic feeling, so if you're used to luxury this isn't for you. But it had all the amenities you need, the staff were helpful and friendly and the people staying there were lovely. A beautiful place to escape the busyness of Hampi and enjoy the beauty of the land around it. I would thoroughly recommend this to any nature lovers looking for a peaceful break from travelling
