Hi When I arrived at the Prince Hotel on Friday morning, August 8th, to check in, the front desk told me it was unavailable because they didn't have any room available. They had already contacted the Hostel World app to let me know, but they booked it anyway. The hostel didn't notify me until check-in on Friday morning, August 8th, to see if I could book that night.
