   This place was awful there was not a single lock to get into the room anyone of the street could go into any room without even passing the front desk. The lockers were tiny and most were broken. The bathrooms were atrocious no water pressure in the showers toilet paper and hair everywhere shower was dirty and moldy. A shower door was broken off so it got water everywhere. Everything was gross. The room was so loud the AC and wifi did not work super loud room next to the intersection and hot.

   Disgusting atmosphere. Dirty rooms, no towels, no outlets, wasn’t even a door or a lock to our room (with 8 beds) beds were awful. Bathroom did not lock and had a see through key hole. Service was bad, no refunds. Sketchy location, very unsafe feeling. We switched where we were staying.

   VIOLENT RECEPTIONIST. At 2am I returned to the hotel and the receptionist let me in. While I was in the bathroom, someone started knocking; when I opened the door, it was the receptionist, visibly angry, and he locked me inside. After a while he let me out, then came to my room and spoke aggressively. I explained I don’t speak Italian and he eventually left. Feeling unsafe, I decided to leave. When I asked him to open the main door, he denied locking me in and said that some random people had entered the hotel earlier and locked themselves in the bathroom. He became hostile again, told me to walk in front of him, and only then let me out. I had to leave at 3am to find another hotel.

   This place is a scam. They had no clean towels, the shower doors were broken, the lock was loose, our roommates complained of no hot water. The reception lady when we left our bags was nice enough, but when we checked in we were told we needed a 5 euro cash deposit for the key, which we gave, and the man said he will just put in the box and give us the same bill back when we check out. When we checked out, our bill was gone and there were only 10 euro bills. The man at the desk refused take responsibility saying that "it wasn't his fault" our 5 euros weren't in the drawer. He refused to give us our money back, even when I offered to give him 2.50, so that they would only lose 2.50 on the 10 euros given back to us. He refused still. Real lack of hospitality. Scam

   no security for the baggage. you don't have locker in the room. you have to keep your bag in the office and pay money for it. They changed my bed without my permission and lost towel. Toilets are horrible.

   This hostel is scamming guests! After arrival the receptionist took me to a different building than the original one. I came to a room with a dirty and smelly blanket on my bed. The toilet and shower were very dirty. I canceled my stay and was promised a refund. I never got the money even after calling them multiple times. They told me they are gonna talk to their accountant every time I called. No success. I would have to file a lawsuit to get it back. Stay away from this place.

   Primero la ubicación es mala, segundo las piezas horribles la ducha privada está entre los camarotes, habitaciones sin puerta y sin llave, colchones malos, olor a alcantarilla, áreas comunes en mal estado y lo peor todo sucio nada limpio, abajo de una cama encontramos una cascara de plátano seca y cuando nos fuimos aún seguía en el mismo lugar y para rematar aún más nos robaron y claramente no se hacen responsables y el robo no fue solo a nosotros robaron una billetera. El peor hostal del mundo del mundo entero, en la India está más limpio.
