+ It was clean and good price

- Way too noisy, because of cars, traffic in general, they pick up garbage right in front of apartment, and they trick you and lie about paying with card, and then ask you to pay cash. I don’t mind paying cash, but we are adult, the bunch of lies are unnecessary. Very unprofessional.

- Rien de bien tout a ne pas essayer d y aller a cet hotel

- The room is smaller than it look in the picture. There is not elevator. The staff needs to be polite. They wanted to charge 15 euro more bc we arrived late at night. They say that the staff does not work after 5pm.... crazy. OVERPRICE!

+ La comodidad de la cama

- La ubicación, está lejos de todo y muy mal ambiente en la zona, es la única vez que he viajado y he sentido miedo por el entorno. La policía está al lado y protección de pena. La entrada al bloque de película de miedo, pensaba que tendría algo de aislamiento pero es un piso y en cada habitación se aloja alguien. La cocina compartida con todos los demás huéspedes. La habitación siempre está luminosa ya que la puerta da al pasillo y el baño es compartido.

+ El transporte todo está cerca

- Esto es algo que paso muy personal tuve retraso con el vuelo yo lo he comunicado de lo que me dijo que me esperaría 00:30 pagando yo un plus a lo que yo acepté....pero luego todo se complica llegó más tarde y ya me quedo en la calle pase por 20 hotel y albergue y apartamento y todo ocupado por lo toda la noche en la calle con maleta y todo. Se qué fue algo mío 😃 pero aún así no te guardan el equipaje hasta que puedas marcharte y aprovechar el día también los baños en mal estado. No lo recomiendo no por el precio que sea .

- Barulho demais da rua e no corredor Quando alguém passava no corredor acendia uma luz e passava por um vidro que tinha em cima da porta Tem uma foto do ar condicionado no quarto e não tinha controle do ar, quando fui pedir no outro dia disseram que eu não tinha pego quarto com ar Quarto muito quente Fica no segundo andar que equivale ao quarto, imagine subir e descer com malas Dia nenhum as camas foram arrumadas Muito mau localizado Longe de tudo

- Δεν υπήρχε τουαλέτα στο δωμάτιο. Παλιό κτίριο, πολύ απλή και φτωχή επίπλωση. Δεν είναι κατάλληλο για επαγγελματική ή οικογενειακή χρήση.

+ Lisbon is a nice place for a cityscape.

- Starting with the fact that the host was very unprofessional and texting me that I have to arrive early as they don't have the obligation to wait for me even if on their page it says clearly that check-in is until 21:00. The cleanliness is not their strong side: plenty of dust in the bathroom fan, in the drawer handles and on the hard to reach places. Beds were not that soft and i could feel that. One aspect that bothered me as a runner: they keys for this place are huge. If you're planning to book this place for the Lisbon 10k, Halfmarathon or Marathon, you know that you need to head to start as lightly packed as possible, so a pair of metalic keys juggling in your pocket is not they best option.

+ La atención de la anfitriona.y su excelente disposición para ayudar y orientarnos. Muy bien ubicado con restaurantes y atracciones cerca. Estuve muy Agusto y amé Lisboa

+ Это была комната с общей ванной и общей кухней. Номер находился на третьем этаже старинного здания без лифта. Кухня была хорошо оборудована. На кухне было масло, чай, кофе, сахар, вермишель - то есть всё Что необходимо для приготовления еды.Кровати были очень удобными и постельное бельё отличного качества. Туалета было два и в каждом было по хорошему фену, а также всё необходимое для путешественников ( бритва, прокладки, жидкость для снятия лака и т.д) Хозяйка Guest House была очень приятная женщина которая отвечала на все вопросы и помогала нам сориентироваться в Лиссабоне.

+ Toll gelegen, sehr komfortables Bett und Küche zur Verfügung. Gemeinschaftsbad sehr sauber.

- Leicht hellhörig, Straße ist bisschen laut.

+ l'alloggio era confortevole, stanza luminosa e pulita e così anche il bagno in comune e la cucina. La proprietaria mette a disposizione acqua filtrata e corn-flakes per la colazione. La posizione per me era perfetta, perchè potevo raggiungere il centro congressi a piedi, ma anche per chi vuole andare in centro a visitare, è comodo perchè proprio davanti a casa si fermano numerosi autobus e tram e la zona è piena di ristoranti sia economici che turistici nella vicina LX factory proprio sotto il ponte. La reception non è sempre aperta, ma la proprietaria risponde velocemente alle domande ed è disponibile ad aiutare, per esempio ho pututo lasciare i bagagli in casa fino al tardo pomeriggio il giorno della partenza

- Il prezzo decisamente elevato, ca € 80 a notte per una camera senza bagno, inoltre non c'era neanche un tavolino in camera quindi per me che dovevo lavorare al computer la mattina presto o la sera tardi non era molto comodo, ma se andate per turismo e magari suddividete il costo in due, l'alloggio è ottimo. I

+ Posto veramente bello. Molto curato e pulito. Posizione ottimale

+ Good location and place kept really clean. With towels changed every 2 days. Value for money, Just be prepared for the noise and bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise as the guest house is located near the road.
