The staff and location were great! Felt safe because there was a staff member on site 24/7. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms were lacking. There was not enough toilet paper provided. There was nowhere to hang a towel in the showers. And the nosiness of the property is a lot. It is right next to a school, so during the day there are kids (which was fine) but then there are adult athletics until 11pm (Monday-Friday it seems). Also, other clients blasted music until 1am one night.
I thought this place was going to be decent from the rating. Nope. Extremely noisy, children running up and down the hallways, crying. Regatón blasting loud music early in the morning (8:30a-8pm). There was NO toilet paper in any of the bathrooms? No soap to wash your hands. It said they provided towels, they do not. Sheets were not washed and had hair on them. The shower did not work, turned it on and no water came out, then this rancid smell of sewage came up through the drain. Don’t stay h...
Stay away from this place, it is a scam! I booked via internet before arriving (paying some money in advance). Once being there, they didn’t have my reservation, but there were still rooms available, so we made a new one in the morning before checking in. As in every hostel, I left my luggage and went for a tour around the city. Once I arrived that same night, they said they were overbooked, and they didn’t have any of the reservations. Staff was so impolite also!

Describes itself as “boutique” however not clean, poor wifi, mozzies everywhere and ridiculously hot (the room windows back onto a greenhouse essentially). Asked for money back as compensation, but all we were offered was the cheapest room rate (only 200 pesos each), and a free continental breakfast which was later revoked anyway. Choose anywhere else to stay in Mexico City.
Staff was super nice, although they tried to charge me more than what was listed on this app for the deluxe private or whatever they call it. The shared areas looked ok but when I checked into my room there were spill spots on the floor and hair all over the bathroom. The shower head was barely hanging from the wall and the electrical sockets had no covers and were just sitting there open. There were wires just hanging out from one of the walls. I decided against staying there to find something ...

no soap or toilet paper in the bathrooms, even after repeated requests. not enough trashcans in the bathroom. no trashcans in the room. noisy in the morning. the first night I was there they made me sleep in a shared room even though I had purchased a single room. no kitchen. no water. would not recommend.
Habitación supersucia, sin haberla limpiado. Sabanas tambien sucias. Sin aire acondicionado ni ventilador. Las dos camas no caben casi en la habitación, no puedes ni moverte. La atecnióno del personal terrible. Sin proponer ninguna solución. Absolutamente sobrevalorado y overpriced.
Llegue y me informo el chico de recepción que ya no tenía cupo cuando se hizo la reservación con tiempo, no me dio alguna respuesta ni solución por lo que tuve que retirarme.

Los baños no eran los mejores y la chapa de mi habitación estaba descompuesta y no se podía abrir desde dentro, tuvimos que dormir con la puerta abierta...

I really enjoyed my stay. I only stayed for one night but would had loved to stay longer. I had a private room with shared bathroom.

Great location in Roma Norte, good value for money & lovely staff. There’s a really nice roof terrace, co-working space & restaurant below. The main issue was the water/showers not working sometimes. Also, it’s not very social. However, overall it was a good place to stay for the money.
Great place, comfortable room. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed our stay.
Excelente servicio del personal tanto del hostal como los del restaurante. Quería visitar un par de lugares turísticos y siempre me apoyaron dándome recomendaciones. La zona es segura para andar de noche :) recomiendo el hostal Roma norte 100% y si comen en el restaurante la comida es deliciosa tienen un menú mexicano muy amplio 😻
Excellent service from both the hostel and restaurant staff. i wanted to visit a couple of tourist places and they always supported me by giving me recommendations. the area is safe to walk at night :) i recommend the hostel Roma norte 100% and if you eat at the restaurant the food is delicious they have a very wide mexican menu
Me hospedé una noche y por los comentarios, ahora que estuve me doy cuenta que cambiaron de administración, hay un trato amable por parte de todo el equipo, los baños limpios y pude trabajar tranquilamente en el área de CoWorking.
I stayed one night and from the comments, now that I'm here I realize they changed management, there's friendly treatment from the whole team, clean bathrooms and I could work peacefully in the CoWorking area.
Amazing hostel in one of the best neighbourhoods. Very safe, clean, and complete facilities. The atmosphere and staff are just great and the place it’s close to all the main attractions. Best place I have stayed at in CDMX. Definitely recommended!
A joyous place, hosts are the most sincere we met in Mexico.; a co-working hostel with long term residents from far and wide who make you feel part of a family. kitchen facilities are not up to much however we were given delicious food cooked by the co-workers residing here. A church run by Nuns, the building has been offered to make the world better a place, theres a beautiful stained glass chapel where we soaked in the past. Not your norm, no tours, joyous experience of you dare. Go on xx

Bad experience. We reserved a private room for 2, we paid online the day before our arrival and once we arrived they told us that all the rooms are took. We didn’t recommend this Hostel. Nobody was able to help us. Plus, the atmosphere of the place isn’t the best.

Batallé mucho en pasarla bien en este lugar y vaya que lo intenté. Hace muchísimo calor y no hay buena ventilación. El problema con la Ciudad de México es que en las noches, a partir de las 7pm hay muchísimos zancudos y mosquitos y esto generalmente te obliga a tener las ventanas cerradas. Mi habitación era un horno caliente y la pasé muy mal con tantos zancudos, la primera noche fue muy complicada. Para la segunda, pedí en recepción si tenían algo para los mosquitos y sí me brindaro...
I struggled a lot to have a good time in this place and I tried. It's very hot and there's no good ventilation. The problem with Mexico City is that at night, from 7pm onwards there are a lot of mosquitoes and mosquitoes and this generally forces you to keep the windows closed. Excelente ubicación, cerca de metro y metrobús, buena atención del personal, muy amable, el único contra es que el agua de nuestra habitación privada salía fría.
Tiene una buena ubicación, los cuartos estan limpios, se puede dormir sin ruido. Lo unico a mejorar sería que sobre calle colocaran iluminación ya que por la noche si esta muy obscuro.
