After check in i was told Elevator is not working. Asked for a different room and was told nothing they can do. Had to walk up 5 flights of stairs The other side of the hostel had a working Elevator and empty rooms

In March, we booked a&o Munchen Hauptbahnhof for late September because this location was closer to Oktoberfest than the Hackerbrucke location. In August, we received an email that we had been forcibly rebooked from to Hackerbrucke location without refund for the price difference. I emailed multiple times about the rebooking, and they never responded. The electronic self check-in screens didn't work, kitchen was unavailable for our 4 day stay, and the washer/dryer was broken

El peor hotel en el que me hospede, la cocina horrible tenía que prestarte los instrumento y era 10 euros de depósito era un sartén no cucharas no platos no vasos , te cobran por guardar la maleta a mi me dijo Erik a las 11 del check out y fue a la 10 me saco una señora horrible , la ubicacion es mala el lugar es re feo es triste y el personal son lindos unos que otros , pero porfavor no se queden en este horrible lugar

Arrived at the hotel and was given my room key. When I went to the room it hadn’t been cleaned. I went to the reception and told the receptionist that the room wasn’t clean. He said he realised once he gave me the key… he then gave me a new room. This room had been cleaned but the bathroom stank of urine. I didn’t want to go to the reception again as I had literally just been to reception twice so ended up staying in the room. But the smell never went away, it was disgusting…

Nous avions réservé le dortoir pour 10 personnes. La chambre n’était même pas nettoyée à notre arrivée. Les draps des anciens client trainaient et des dechets se trouvaient au sol. De plus, la chambre se trouvait aussi au sous-sol….. Vu l’état déplorable de la chambre, nous avons du réserver un autre logement à la dernière minute.

Charge for the linen, no shower, no plug to connect

No problems apart from the price. That can be blamed on very high demand Euro24

La camera matrimoniale con bagno in camera è un po vecchia, con i materassi che si separano durante la notte, il bagno piccolo e anche lui avrebbe bisogno di un'ammodernata. Durante l'ockober fest è ottima come posizione ma il prezzo pagato è alto (900 euro per 4 notti). Per il resto pulizia, staff e sicurezza nella norma.

El alojamiento no cuida la limpieza y la habitación que nos toco era un auténtico desastre: había comida por los suelos, las cosas estaban desordenadas, y aunq ponía q teníamos baño propio, cualquiera podía usarlo, incluso los clientes del bar. Además el baño tenía acceso directo a nuestra habitación, pues la puerta estaba abierta y eso no nos dio nada de seguridad. Finalmente decidimos marcharnos de allí.

I stayed for two nights in a private room for 2 people. I was hesitant at first due to some negative reviews but decided to give it a go. My experience was positive, check-in is a weird hybrid system between online and on-site but takes just a couple minutes, I came during a summer heatwave (35+ Celsius daily) yet the room stayed reasonably cool. I heard no noise from other rooms or the street. Can't complain about the room's cleanliness either. Towels and soap were provided.

Salio todo perfecto como lo habia planeado

Not bad, but there is a lot to be desired. Location is good. Staff are not the friendliest. Feels like an overpriced hotel. No hostel feel whatsoever. If you are looking for an ok hotel, this is it. If you are looking for a hostel atmosphere, this is not it in my opinion.

War ein sehr angenehmer, sauberer Aufenthalt. Freundliches Personal, sehr zu empfehlen.

the property is a bit old. Overall it was value for money

Die Türen schlagen in diesem Etablissement derart laut und zahlreich ins Schloss, dass man sich wie in einem ewig fortwährenden SEK-Übungsszenario fühlt. Das kann so nicht gewollt sein. Aber sonst Recht idyllisch und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

All over good for a night stay. My blanket had a stain at the corner; the only reason it wasn’t 10 rating. The staff was very nice and help. I had a private room.

This hostel is okay, nothing too special about it. It's in a really good location next to the central train station. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. we had a private room but did not like that out bed was just two separate beds pushed together.

Very conveniently located and staff was really nice and the hostel was well maintained! One thing to note though, it seems like some (i don’t know about all) of the private 2 person rooms are on the ground floor in an alley right off of a busy road and the front of the room facing it was mostly windows. It was a bit loud/weird hearing people walking through etc all through the night. That being said, it was perfect for a one night stay and it was so easy to get to the airport from here!

Great hostel and location . Near Train and bus station. The train station has a lot of food store for even need . Flew in to see Adele and worked perfect

Hot and too much furniture for the size of the room. But comfortable, close to station and not too loud.

Nära centralstation. Rent och fräscht. Toppen att man kan köpa enklare mat att förtära då man anländer sent och restaurangerna har stängt. Receptionen är bemannad dygnet runt. Väl värt pengarna.

Not the nicest hostel. It's cheap, and worth it if you have low expectations.
