+ El personal es muy amigable y servicial. La ubicación es muy buena. Pero es un lugar para gente muy joven. Es muy difícil dormir porque unos entran otros salen, prenden la luz y hay demasiado ruido. No hay jabón para lavarse, ni shampoo.

My rating is based on an 8 hour stay due to an incredibly uncomfortable hostel bed causing me to check out a day early after a sleepless night. Such an uncomfortable bed and room set up I couldn’t bring myself to stay there. For such a highly rated hostel I expected more, didn’t have the chance to experience the social side because I was too uncomfortable to sleep. Had been in Berlin 7 days so was already adjusted to time zone, just a bad bed.
I'm not sure why did this place have a high rating. The vibe of this hostel is like that of a dingy hotel you don't want to go to. Honestly, the worst experience of my entire trip. The location isn't nice or close to anything. Tight space. The staff members, I feel, try to compensate on the lack of everything by being extra sweet. Anyway, I had to request them to cancel my booking, which they did. I then booked a hotel in a much better area. Couldn't even think of doing a hostel anymor.

Pros-- Friendly staff, clean hostel, common kitchen which is helpful, good location. Cons-- No lift!! :(( Suggestion-- Can the kitchen stock a common bottle of oil :)? Its a silly thing to buy when one is staying in a place only for a few days!
+ Cozy environment, hostel staff organizing meetup. Location quite close to other shops (Supermarkets, restaurants..).
- Absolutely overrated and overpriced. Paid 100 EUR per night for a shared room, with external bathroom shared with all the other rooms. No towels were provided (additional 2 EUR per towel). Old rooms with very basic things. This final price is out of any logic for this service. Very disappointed.

amazing hostel. only downside was the lack of bed curtains but everything else more than made up for it
Had a great time here. Dorms were nice, bathrooms were clean and water pressure amazing 👌. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of events and a lot of small groups + solo travellers so meeting people is easy as. Overall the place has a really great vibe, everyone was down to chat. I'll be booking here again when I'm back in Berlin for sure.

I’ve stayed at a few hostels over the years, EastSeven is hands down the best no question, if you want to stay in a good area and have the opportunity to meet people etc then you have to stay here, staff are friendly and helpful too!
This hostel was the most friendly, fun and engaged of any I’ve stayed at. Its hard to imagine a better hostel for the crazy city of berlin. When i return to Berlin, I’ll he staying here without question

Beautiful hostel, one of my favourites that I have ever stayed in, extremely social, amazing facilities, and all the staff were so friendly 😁 the backyard lounge & terrace is one of the best places chill/relax, and I would love to come to Berlin again, and I would definitely stay here again 😃
Truly a hidden gem of Berlin, lovely staff, great atmosphere with a perfect balance of party, social and chill. If you are reading this don’t hesitate to book EastSeven, as a solo traveler it was easy and natural to meet people and make friends. Great place, great vibes literally couldn’t recommend more!
The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and welcoming, which made a big difference and left a great impression. The atmosphere was comfortable and easygoing, and everything felt well managed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin
+ Her akşam oyun ve akşam yemeği tarzında etkinlikler yapılıyor. Teras ve mutfak kısmında akşam saatlerinde hostelde kalanlarla tanışıp eğlenebilirsiniz. Oturma odasındaki imkanlar ve ortam çok iyi. Personel arkadaş canlısıydı.
- Banyolarda en azından duş jeli veya şampuan olabilirdi. Yurt odalarındaki eşya koyma dolapları kilitli olsa güzel olurdu. Giyinmek için bir alan olabilirdi. Ayrıca yastıklar pek iyi değildi.
