Rithy Rin Angkor Hotel

- Nos robaron ~500$ de 2 habitaciones distintas de 3 maletas distintas. Intentamos hablar con el personal del hotel pero no se mostraron colaborativos; el dueño nos engañó llamando a la policía de diversos sitios y no nos facilitó el hacer la denuncia. Adicionalmente, dijeron que no se iban a hacer responsables del hecho y que no nos iban a ayudar en saber quién había sido.

+ The staff was very friendly and kind.

- The water supply is very poor, is too difficult to take a shower and also the water doesn't have stable temperature is something between hot and cold,you have to wash out for seconds then to stop and wait for the heating supplier to heat the water and start again. The breakfast was very poor. There is no elevator so you have to climb every time. The facilities are forgotten, wooden doors that aloud the mosquitos to come in and of course al the noise. And finally the mattress was as tough as the floor.. I felt to sleep at midnight and I barely manage to sleep at 4-5am .. it was a nightmare.

- Wir haben 3 Nächte gebucht und mussten 2x das Zimmer wechseln. Einmal hat es gestunken, einmal hat die Dusche nicht funktioniert und beim dritten Zimmer ging die Türe nicht auf. Positiv waren die Mitarbeitenden. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung für vegetarier und veganer eher nichts.

+ Obsługa była fantastyczna! Bardzo pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Różnorodne, bardzo dobre śniadania.

- -W hotelu internet nie działał poprawnie, co chwilę zrywało połączenie. Było to tak frustrujące, że nie byliśmy w stanie pracować w hotelu. - Łazienki mógłby być trochę bardziej czystsze. - W hotelu znajduję się dyspozytor wody, jednak ta woda na straszny zapach i smakuje algami i mułem. Nie da się jej pić. Taki sam zapach miała woda pod prysznicem.

+ Die Lage war wirklich sehr gut und ich habe mich auch sicher gefühlt. Grundsätzlich wirkte das Hotel sauber. Das Personal war wirklich herausragend freundlich.

- Die Einrichtung ist zum Teil sehr alt und das Frühstück war eher mäßig. Die Lautstärke war extrem, da es direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt.

- Lots of incests in the room. Unable to sleep well Breakfast the same food for the 5 days stay.

+ De kamer was netjes en schoon . Er was geen tv, aanwezig toe we er kwamen maar toen ik dat melde werd er snel een gebracht.

- Het was er erg gehorig. Op de kamer boven ons werd gewerkt en daar werden we elke morgen wakker van om 5 uur of 5:30 am . Heb het gemeld maar het ging de volgende dag gewoon weer verder om die tijd . Het zwembad was ook niet te gebruiken omdat het vies was . Het water was zo troebel dat je er niet door kon kijken .

- No lift, rooms were a bit shabby and had a damp smell from the bathroom.

+ Hmm, tricky one. The room I'd booked was spacious and modern but it looked out onto a brick wall so I asked to be moved. Ended up in a more traditional room with a balcony overlooking the pool area. On the plus side: great location, staff trying very hard, pretty good breakfast with the offer of fresh egg, nice quiet air-con. Some road noise especially early morning but not a deal breaker. Not sure I'd use it again. Would want to check what else was available

- Room was traditional in style and needed updating but, to be fair, it was spacious and clean. Rock hard bed. Nice pool area but bad smell made it less comfortable

+ Flot hotel lidt i kolonistil med stor trætrappe. Hjælpsomt personale God, rolig beliggenhed lidt væk fra for meget larm. Sengene var desværre for hårde for os, så vi skiftede efter eget initiativ til andet hotel, efter personalet havde forsøgt at løse problemet. Vi betalte kun for 2 nætter , selvom vi havde bestilt 5 nætter.

- For hårde senge for os. Ingen brandalarm på værelset. Ingen viste flugtveje i tilfælde af brand.

+ L'hôtel est très calme, propre et la piscine est super agréable après une longue journée de visite. Le personnel est extrêmement souriant et prêt à aider. On a adoré notre séjour

+ Čudovita soba s prelepo dekoracijo zaves in blazin.Dovolj odlagalna površine. Velika kopalnica z vsem potrebnim. Lep balkon. Osebje nas je prijazno sprejelio n nam prineslo in odneslo kovčke. Ugodili so nama tudi glede pozne odjave, saj so razumeli,da sva pozno prišla iz izleta. Žal nam je edino,da nismo ostali več dni. V bližini tržnic , restavracij in templjev..

- Nie ma takiej rzeczy, świetny hotel

+ Personnel gentil et souriant. L'hôtel est dans un quartier calme, proche du marché de nuit et des restaurants. La chambre était magnifique, propre, grande avec un petit balcon. Attention pas d'ascenseur mais il y a des chambres au RDC. Bon petit déjeuner. Il y a une belle piscine dont nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter.

+ Personnel très aimable, serviable et souriant. Le petit déjeuner (payant) est un buffet a volonté, bonne affaire. La piscine.

- Quelques petits détails : pommeau de douche défectueux, télécommande climatisation peu intuitive.

+ Tot, l’habitació es gran i ample, el llit cómode. El wc es bastant gran i la piscina está genial

+ Kompaktowy pokój z wszelkimi udogodnieniami i widokiem na miasto (ulicę) oraz basen, który był całkiem przyjemny. Miła obsługa. Jedynie brakowało windy (ale to informacja dla osób, które mają problem z wchodzeniem po schodach), a pokój mieliśmy na 4 piętrze.

+ Просторный номер. Удобная кровать и подушки. Есть завтрак, но очень скудный (для нас). Чайник, чайный набор. Воду доливают в стеклянную неодноразовую тару ежедневно. Есть неодноразовые тапки для бассейна и халаты. В номере уютно. Балкон с очень миля и геконами. Есть бассейн. Персонал дружелюбный. Могут вызвать такси от и до аэропорта по цене 25 долларов.

- Воды горячей практически не было. Помыться и тем более помыть голову было невозможно. Под окнами стройка. В 6 утра начинается звук отбойного молотка, но вы проснётесь раньше, так как за окном буддийский храм и в рупор очень громкие песнопения продолжаются примерно с 5 утра и до 6 утра и беруши вам не помогут.

- No elevator .. loungers limited and too close to each other by the pool ..

+ L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour profiter de la vie du centre ville tout en étant dans une rue calme. Le petit déjeuner est parfait et la piscine très agréable.

- L'hôtel n'a pas d'ascenseur. Si vous avez des difficultés pour monter, il faut le signaler car ce n' est pas mentionné sur Booking
