+ Location is okay if you have a car
- We stayed for 3 nights 5 people as a family. Not clean rooms and very noisy around beds are not comfortable to sleep on .staff are not helpful as they should be . I don’t recommend this place .

+ Garnix. Die Typen da gehen garnicht klar! Nie wieder
+ Ich hatte die Unterkunft nicht nutzen können. Nachdem ich über Filter "Rollstuhlgerecht" korrekt gebucht und bezahlt hatte und auch per booking.com die Buchung bestätigt wurde, informierte mich das Hotel, dass das Zimmer nicht per Rollstuhl erreicht ist. Dann darf das Zimmer NICHT als "Rollstuhlgerecht" angeboten werden. Daher ist es logisch, dass ich mein Geld zurück will. Nun kämpfe ich um die Rückzahlung von 45,70 Euro. Das ist der Sachverhalt, der eindeutiger nicht sein kann.
- Sehr dreckig (insbesondere WC), aber auch insgesamt das Treppenhaus usw., ein Fahrstuhl defekt, beim anderen Fahrstuhl eine Seite komplett defekt, daher musste man das Treppenhaus nutzen, super hellhörig, man kann überhaupt nicht schlafen, da die Türen ständig geschmissen werden, mitternachts laute Musik, überhaupt nicht erholsam, war froh, als wir endlich auschecken konnten

- 1. There are certain things which I looked before booking such as elevator provided but room was given at 8th floor and Elevator was till 7th floor only. It would have been nice to know this before as I have physical injuries and it was extremely difficult and painful to carry luggage through stairs 2. Extremely dirty common area - lobby (garbages are here and there in the corners), elevator has spilled drinks for two days and stinky and no one cleaned it 8th floor has water leakage in the hallway from one of the room’s bathroom and it had soaked the carpet in the hallway, created very bad stinking smell in the entire hallway and unhygienic to walk through that. 3. Once I reached - my bed was missing pillow and blanket and once I asked them for it - one of the receptionist declined to give that and says guest brings it which is mean and rude so even say that because thats basic essential hostels needs to provide (also nothing was mentioned about it in the policy) . I asked another receptionist and he gave it right away so I don’t know why the other person dismissed my legitimate request like that.

+ Everything was perfect, clean and comfortable room, clean lobby area. Thank you

+ Meglepően csendes volt a szoba.
- A reklámozott fa padló helyett valami furcsán recsegős-nyikorgós linóleum volt a padló…kifejezetten zavaró volt. Nem volt hűtőszekrény. A fűtés picit kevés volt. A zuhanykabin szűkös.

- Dat er bij team genoten spullen van de kamer verdwenen. Zelf gelukkig niet gehad.
+ Zimmer war sauber und Hotel Personal war sehr nett.
