Hanoi Quarter Life Hostel

Floor in the room was dirty as was the toilets and stairs . There was no where to put your luggage the locks did not work . There was a security camera in the woman’s dorm

Out of 3 hostels i stayed in Hanoi, this one was my favorite! The staff was really nice and the location was great. My main complaint would be that the room got quite hot. There were fans in each bed but I was worried to use mine at night as it was a bit broken and made weird sounds and I didn't want to wake other people up. There is also a construction site next the hostel but that is of course not their fault.

Showers were warm, liked that there were no ensuite washrooms, however the guy over charged us 20,000 dong when we checked in but another guy was nice enough to refund us that

For the location/price it’s good for a night or two. But the locks on the rooms did not work and the bathrooms could be cleaner. Also I stayed in the female dorm which was super cramped, we were literally climbing over each other stuff. I saw the mixed dorm which seemed much bigger and cleaner. If I stayed here again (which I don’t plan on) I would book the mix dorm. The roof is a nice area to chill tho and the staff were very friendly.

A pretty hostel in a good location. Cramped rooms but comfortable beds.

Staff were great - in particular Harry who was extremely welcoming and kind asking about our trip and where we come from. He gave us lots of recommendations for cheaper places to eat. He even gave us some Vietnamese fruit to try! Good hostel for a night stop over and perfect location in the centre.

Nice stay but it is a bit weird to have a camera on the (female) dorm. Plus, the staff was entering the room without knocking. Otherwise, good location and pretty clean !
