hostel itself isn’t bad but at least 2 people lost allegedly lost their lives with jasmine tours recently. my friend informed one of the other guests about this and in response they kicked us both out. they also cancelled our reservation on hostelworld to silence us. book with them at your own risk…

Bed bugs!!!!

I do not know why people do not write truth about it . But this is a horrible place! a men playground and a horrible reception desk attitude !

Bed bugs!! I’ve been bitten by bed bugs in several places on my body. Don’t go there!

Get ready to be waken up at 7h30 because of heavy noise from construction right next to the hostel. Very heavy noise.

Please avoid at all cost, unsanitary. Got waken up by rats making noise in the walls.

I reserved a room, but my plans changed. I already paid a deposit and was completely fine with losing it. I cancelled my booking in advance — but instead of respecting that, they charged me the FULL amount from my credit card through the Hostelworld app, even though I never stayed there at all. This is honestly so unfair. Be very careful.

Location is good, however the place is crawling with rats and the staff are unhelpful. DONT STAY HERE

What a shocking stay. We checked in and were immediately put into an unbelievably cramped room—eight of us with virtually no space for our belongings. Upon arrival, we discovered the bathroom was leaking and reported it straight away. Unfortunately, the response from reception was completely inadequate. Their “solution” was to remove part of the ceiling and leave us overnight with two planks of wood directing water into the sink to prevent flooding—something we had already walked into. ...

Hostel is heel erg smal. Ook was de vloer ontzettend vies. Heel Weinig ruimte in de kamers zelf. Personeel is vriendelijk en ontbijt is prima

I’ve stayed here twice, great breakfast and bar and comfortable private pods. Amazing value.

The rooms are not as depicted in the photos and the location is noisy since it’s right in the middle of the beer street (great for partying though)

Good place to stay

Thuong is the best, so friendly, funny receptionist. I had a good time here, breakfast was good. Easy to book anything here, they organized the tour really smoothly. Highly recommended!!!
