Zostel Phuket (Patong Beach)

IMPORTANT Notice!!! Dont book the transportation arranged by the hostel, it is 2x as pricy as in other places as I discovered later... The hostel has many nice activities and the staff is enhusiastic to get to know you as a guest. However when I was there in May sadly there were not many people around since it was the beginning of the rainy season. Furthermore, the hostel is in the middle of a busy street but quite close to Patong beach area, it is walkable.

I understand what they are trying to do but it hasn’t really worked out for us, room wasn’t great left over underwear from previous tenants in the bathrooms, blood stains and hairs on the beds after a long travel day wasn’t the best but has potential

massive hostel, could be great if there was actually people staying there. when we were there were was around 7 people staying so not the best vibes. the staff and reps are nice but hard to do any events with no people. nice pool, it’s heated which is weird lol. beds aren’t very private with big gaps in the frames so people can see u sleep. clean tho and close to patong beach if that’s what u want. patong beach is gross tho and everything in the area is overpriced. decent hostel tho

The hostel is clean but not social at all. Everyone sticks to their groups and the common areas were empty at peak times. Not great for solo travellers. The breakfast looked good for 200baht. Staff were friendly. It has potential but there was no atmosphere here. Mainly guests from India and they usually travel in groups which is probably why. If solo avoid, if with friends its not bad, has a pool and pool table.

Really fun hostel! Everyday they have a different activity for guests to enjoy. Location wise, it’s quite close to everything so easily a short walk to the beach front. Staff are very helpful and always with a smile on their face! My only issue is I’ve come in an off season so it’s pretty quiet rn but the staff make sure to keep things interesting!

The hostel is located where everything is easily accessible! A massive shout out 📣 to the incredible staff Wanmai , Asia , Woonsen , Nadia… there’s no getting home sick here when it’s like one big family here 😌 so kind, always smiling and great warm personalities but mainly the hospitality fantastic 👏🏼 I had no worries this whole stay and all my needs were met by the staff members!!! Nicest hostel I’ve stayed at so far in Thailand! Beds are super comfy and rooms are cleaned daily by the house keeping staff. Location is perfect right in the town of Patong! It’s near a nice food market that do great value food in the evening. The staff are super lovely! Huge shoutout to Wanmai , Asia , Woonsen , Nadia who were always super kind and attentive during our stay! ☺️

The Zostel in Phuket is truly one of the best hostels I have stayed at so far!!! Love the people, the atmosphere and the music. Had such good sleep in the cozy dorms. I will definitely come back one day!!! ❤️

I had an amazing stay at this hostel! Everything was extremely clean and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere is great, and there are so many activities organized every day, making it super easy to meet people and have fun. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Honestly, one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in — I would definitely come back!

Clean, cozy rooms and the staff bring amazing energy even though it was a bit quiet during my stay, I still had a lot of fun with the people there

The activities at the hostel made it so easy to meet lovely people. Beer pong, drinking games, and the party vibes every night were amazing shout out to Nadia for being specially fun, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to be around

Stayed at Zostel Phuket and honestly had such a good time the vibe is always fun. Nadia, Kek and staff are all amazing always smiling, helpful, and down to chat or help you plan things around Phuket. Feels more like a little family than just a hostel.

Amazing hostel! Everything was super clean and well maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The activities are really well organized and a lot of fun, which makes it very easy to meet people and enjoy the stay. I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting

Zostel is hands down the best hostel I've ever stayed at in all of my years of travelling. Not a single complaint.
