+ The fact that the room is decorated in a unique way. Every room has its own theme. Nothing wrong with the room, facilities or location. Really liked the fake view from the balcony with the fake rocks 🙄 BUT. (And its a big one)

- The staff how they treated my Indian girlfriend when they saw her passport and the fact that they first tried to scam us for 5000 bath for supposedly smoking in the room (while on their own security cameras it clearly shows we went outside everytime we went for a cigarette), after we refused and pointed out the security images they tried to withhold the 500bath security deposit for the room "smelling weird". When we said we'd call the tourist police to figure it out we got our 500bath and we could finally leave to catch a taxi to the airport. My honest advice, search a bit more on booking.com because there are even cheaper stays which are also very unique with amazing hospitality

+ Nothing at all. I was given a room a duplicate of a jail room, a cell. Why would I want to be in a dark room on my holiday. There was another person in the hotel lobby complaining of the same thing. Booking.com or the hotel owners are not being honest

- The problem with this property is that the description on booking.com is nothing like what you actually are given. I paid for a more expensive room and when I arrived I found that it made no difference. I paid for a delux room but was given was a jail cell room that was dark and identical to a jail. I did not find this pleasant at all. Why was this not described before the booking. I tried to get them to change my room they wouldn't. Tried to call booking.com, which after half a hour wait and speaking the call dropped.

+ - location was good - staff was overall friendly - downstairs interior was nice, as there was some seating/ lounging facilities

- - booked the „deluxe room“ on booking, which at the property was called the „prison room“. And that’s exactly what I was. Tiny room, barely any light, no proper window. All stainless steel and chains. The room is very noisy, I couldn’t sleep much. Water pipes from upstairs rooms go through the room which means the water flushes very noisy when the upstairs shower / toilet it used. I tried to switch rooms / upgrade as I communicated that I felt very (!) uncomfortable. Staff wasn’t helpful with that and only referred me to the cancellation policy of booking.com.

- Dirty dusty display above bed filled with rubbish and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it had been put there made us uncomfortable. The beds hadn’t been changed and sheets were making us itchy so I asked reception for new linen… the girl sighed like I was asking too much and then left me for 5 minutes standing while they argued in Thai until I asked again and one of them went to get it, for there only to have small sizes sheets so I had to layer the two sheets in order to have a non itchy hair covered bed. There were punch holes in the wall and the room smelt like damp as the shower has no ventilation.

+ It's one of my favorite hotel. Not so expensive, surrounded by 7/11 and Mini Big C. Easy Togo around and not so far from the central pier Taksin. Negative is only one thing; the room isn't sound proof therefore you will hear everyone action , talking, Walking along the corridor. I have no problem with that, due to the reasonable price with Private bathroom. I'm fine with the noises anyway.

- A decoração do quarto era peculiar, haviam muitas revisitas de mulheres fixadas nas paredes. O banheiro nao é fechado, ou seja, para mais privacidade, quando uma pessoa usa o banheiro, a outra precisa sair do quarto.

- Early check-in only at a fee, not even an hour. Normal check in 3 pm, check out 11

+ The room was quite small but felt spacious. The staff was nice, the bed was comfortable and there was AC. I shared a bathroom with the guest in the room next to me but that was not complicated at all and the bathroom was really clean. The hotel was a mix of old and new, with a nice vibe to it. There was even a fridge, and a Finnish moomin mug which was a cute, surprising detail.

+ Location in quiet street, 10 minutes walk from BTS and Sathorn Pier. Everything you need in walking distance, very convenient public commute to all the important places.

- A little bit worn out, could use a refresh, but for the price perfect for a short stay in BKK.

- Hotch potch mish mash attempt at 'let's me a hip retro hotel' . Questionable decor through out. Upon arrival we were told we could not smoke outside or even anywhere on the street. Staff didn't seem overly friendly but then again nothing about the place did

+ the design of the room was very tasteful, attentive to details and creative.

- it is really frustrating not to be able to smoke on the terrace just outside the hotel, on the sidewalk.

+ Propreté impeccable, coin pour travailler, bars qui sert des cafés et petits-dejeuners au top! Emplacement près de l’embarcadère et en face d’un supermarché et street food. très jolis dortoirs, décorés avec goût.

- There were 3 windows in the door to the room with no curtains, and a lot of light coming in all night, made it hard to fall asleep
