The Boss Hotel Chiang Mai

- I had to be extra careful when I went into the bathroom because the floor was extremely wet and I had already fallen a day before, I didn't want to fall again! That was a safety hazard! The lock underneath the bed didn't close properly.

- Staffs are not friendly and the room was not clean. I need to wait until at night for can go in the room after check in.

- Stay December 19-23, 2024 1. The bed is very hard, hard like a board. The bed sheet and pillowcase smell bad and have hair stuck on it. Have to ask the staff to change it. 2. No shower soap. 3. The sliding window doesn't close properly. Have to use a chair to push it. 4. The receptionist is very cute. Very helpful. (The boy who’s in the night shift) 5. 5. The kitchen and cleaning staff are very bad. Especially the one named Ao. 6. There is a constant smell of food coming into the room, especially in the morning. 7. There is constant noise from opening and closing the door. Very loud. 8. Difficult to travel into the city. Have to call a taxi only. 9. There is nothing impressive at all. It is the worst hotel I have stayed in my entire life. 10. The quality is very bad for the price. I will never come back.

- We booked the boss as it had such good reviews however unfortunately we had a terrible time here. when we arrived there were stains on the bed when informing staff we were told it would be changed and never did the whole time of our stay, after asking several times we just gave up and accepted they weren’t going to be changed. This is the only place we have stayed in Thailand where there hasn’t been drinking water and general cleaning provided in the bedrooms. The one bathroom that was being shared between 12 people and was also never kept clean. We also had a major incident here, where my partner slipped on the shared bathroom floor due to is being so slippery and hurt himself, the bathroom sink had fallen on top of him resulting in him being injured. This incident was not handled by the hotel greatly at all with the manager (Kim) getting very verbal towards us and police being involved. End result was us paying a fine due to something that could have been easily avoided if the general cleaning was being done.

- ผ้าห่มเหมือนเอากางเกงในมาต่อกัน รำคาญนิดหน่อย แต่ใช้งานได้ครับห่มได้พอดี ปลั้กไฟเสียบชาตมือถือเสียบยากมากเพราะมันแข็งเสียบไม่เข้า ต้องลงไปชาตโทรศัพท์ที่ล๊อปบี้

- Удаленность от центра и то что меня поселили одновременно рядом с людьми, которые ночью не спали и включали кондиционер на 29 градусов тепла. Я думал это временные сложности, но увидел, что на следующий день все не изменилось в лучшую сторону (

- That we payed for the breakfast and we were leaving at 07:30 hours, they told us that we will have the breakfasy at 07:10 and there was no breakfast.

- Les draps et serviettes étaient tachés. Les employés ne sont pas très polis ou discret dans les couloirs qui raisonnent énormément. Les salles de bains communes étaient toujours très sales même après le passage des femmes de chambres.

+ Friendly staff Bed comfy

- Very few bathrooms, toilet and shower together, so if soneone is brushing their teeth, you canˋt use toilett or shower. Had to ask for toilet per twice in two days. Breakfast either American or fried rice, not the excellent brekkie suggested. No fresh coffee, just instant.

+ The bed is kind of soft compared to the average Thai beds and the duvet is huge so I felt like a queen when I went to sleep! Location is not central but a nice area. 7eleven and laundry just around the corner.

- The doors in the ground floor are closed throughout the day (I guess because of the mosquitoes) and during my stay there were plenty of people in the common area and the air quality was pretty bad. It’s really nice that there is a huge common area but unfortunately I didn’t like to sit there because it smelled bad. The qym looks somewhat ran down.

- ห้อง male dormitory ผนังไม่กันเสียง ห้องติดกับบ้านข้างๆส่งเสียงดัง และ สูบกัญชา กลิ่นลอยเข้ามาในห้อง เพราะ บานประตูระเบียงเสียไม่สามารถปิดสนิทได้ ในที่เก็บของใต้เตียงสกปรกมากเหมือนไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดมานาน ผมว่าควรมีแม่บ้านดูแลเรื่องความสะอาดมากกว่านี่

+ Great value for money! Comfy bed. Reliable WiFi. Free breakfast!! Two good co-working areas. A gym! We liked the restaurant for dinner too.

- Our room was kind of small, but still good for the price we paid. They should empty the bins more often in the co-working space.

+ Probably one of my best places in thailand to sleep

- U needed to have one scooter or use grab to get to city centre

+ Le calme du quartier. La location de scooters. Proximité de commerces. Les quelques restaurants, notamment celui de l'hostel super bon (9/10). Grande télé dans la chambre. café, eau chaude à dispo Salle de sport

- Le lit de la chambre double était aussi dur qu'une planche (A3) ce qui fait diminuer notre cotation. Pas assez de douches et les communs manque de nettoyage en soirée.
