When I paid on the spot, the staff collected the deposit I paid twice. I asked the front desk staff if there was a problem with this. After a long time of inquiry, I was told that the deposit paid online would be refunded (in fact, it was not), and there was no more paid in other hotels. I don't think the staff deliberately charged more (considering that this is not a large amount of money), but I don't think the hostel trained their employees well. The staff is very friendly but can't help·
+ Very friendly staff
- Gives you the vibe of what I imagine hostels from 30 years ago were like. Prison vibes. I didn't even stay the night there. Just left and booked a hotel.

- Not sure why this place has 9 for reviews. Be careful. It was not clean at all. I stayed in a private room and the worst smell was coming from the sewer in the shower. The staff was also not very nice. The night I arrived the guy gave me the key to my room and didn’t even tell me where my room was. There is also no vibe at all. If you want to chill and meet people clearly not the right place.
- Ce n’était pas très propre, j’ai même vu un cafard (ou bien même une punaise de lit je ne suis pas sûre). J’étais dans le dortoir mixte peut être que les autres chambres sont plus clean.
+ Ubicacion y limpieza
- El desayuno y el personal. Solicitamos un taxi para ir al aeropuerto que pagamos en el alojamiento y después de esperar mas de 30 minutos nos meten en un coche particular con un hombre que parecía ser amigo del recepcionista. Al llegar al aeropuerto el señor del coche nos pide que le paguemos y por mas que llamamos al hotel para que hablará con el del coche no nos cogen el tlf. Creo que fue un chanchullo del recepcionista para quedarse el dinero. Cuando ya le habíamos pagado al del coche el hotel nos llama pidiéndonos el n°de cuenta para reembolsarnos el taxi. Todo muy raro. Poco serio. No lo recomiendo.
+ Limpieza y ubicación
- El último día solicitamos un taxi para ir al aeropuerto que habíamos abonado el dia de la llegada. 30 minutos después de la hora solicitada no habia llegado. Finalmente el de la recepción nos metió en un coche (según el un taxi) y resultó que era un grab y al llegar al aeropuerto nos pidió que le pagáramos. Llamamos al alojamiento pero no hubo respuesta. Tuvimos que pagar nuevamente el trasporte. Creemos que fue un trapicheo del personal para quedarse el dinero. Luego nos llamaron pidiendo que le facilitaremos el n° de cuenta para devolvernos el dinero. En fin, todo muy raro y poco serio. No volveríamos.
Was called and kicked out while I was in the shower because the over booked the bed I was in. I had extended at 8am that morning and they gave my room to someone els. So I had to quickly pack and find new accommodation. It was all very confusing and frustrating, hope that didn’t happen to anyone els
+ The staff were absolutely lovely and awesome. The facilities were all new, so most things were brand new and very clean. Also I really like this part of Hanoi, less busy than the guts of the old town, but still heaps to do and still very easy to get down to the center.
- Unfortunately there were quite a few issues: the hot water didn't seem to work, the layout of the dorm was very cramped (having the basins like 1.5m from the beds is very odd), the beds were really firm, the lockers didn't work, the bathrooms never seemed to have toilet paper, and I think because it was so new, the place smelt of residue paint which gave me a bit of a headache.
- Lits peu conforts, personnel peu sympathique, hygiène moyenne.

The two ladies at reception were always very friendly and welcoming. Check in was clear, rooms were spotless. However the beds were the hardest beds we’ve ever slept on, and did not get a good night sleep at all. Bathroom had a very bad odour most of the time. Laundry was good, it smelled lovely and charged a normal rate. Breakfast is included but only a few options available. They go get it from a nearby restaurant, and was not the best tasting, we went elsewhere the other mornings.
Sehr zentrale Lage mit kurzem Weg in die Altstadt. Auch um die unterkunft herum gibt es viele kleine Geschäfte und street Food. Das Doppelzimmer war geräumig, aber schon deutlich abgewohnt und nicht ganz sauber. Auf der Bettwäsche fanden wir einige Haare, die Ecken waren recht staubig und auch das Bad war etwas mitgenommen. Im großen und Ganzen aber ok, aber für einen ähnlichen Preis hatten wir auch schon schönere Unterkünfte in Vietnam.
+ Points positifs : la salle de coworking est un plus pour ceux qui ont besoin de travailler, les lits sont larges et plusieurs petits équipements sont fournis à l’arrivée (serviette, bouteille d’eau, brosse à dents). Il y a aussi du gel douche et du shampoing à disposition. J’ai beaucoup aimé le quartier : situé à environ 20/30 minutes du centre-ville et proche du lac de l’Ouest, avec de nombreux cafés autour
- Points négatifs : les chambres sont récentes mais donnent déjà une impression d’usure. La propreté des douches pourrait être mieux entretenue, et le lavabo étant directement dans la chambre, il est difficile de l’utiliser sans déranger les autres. À noter également que les lits sont extrêmement durs. Je n'ai pas testé le petit déjeuner

- Badewanne war nicht nutzbar, man hört den Aufzug nachts sehr laut in dem Zimmer
rooms were amazing and very clean. if you just need a bed, book this place. However, No atmosphere or social activities. Half of the drinks and breakfast menu doesnt exist and happy hour, despite being advertised everywhere, hasnt run for months. they moved our room and all our stuff without telling us (it was meant as a nice gesture but wtf), we had to go down for a new key, and on checkout was accused of not checking in- how do we have a key if we didnt check in? its a nice place, just...weird

- The noice from the street. And forget the "friendly" community hostel images in the ad. This was not the reality, had some issues where we had breakfast included, and the staff tried to change the hour of the breakfast when we was going to order just so they didnt have to go and buy bread for us...

We had the private which is very clean and big but very loud because on the street. However still very good money-value and location for the stay. You can have your laundry done for 50k/kg and there is a common area on the 7th floor.
Really good, am coming to this hotel again because is really good!

+ Une sdb accessible depuis notre chambre de 6 lits. La grande salle commune tout en haut, on peut s'installer pour travailler, jouer aux cartes...
- L'ambiance un peu quelconque, rien à voir avec la photo qui représente l'hôtel !
