I had an incredibly stressful experience here and had to leave in the middle of the night. After checking into my private room, I found clear traces of bed bugs on the mattress. When I alerted the host, they had me check a different room upstairs to see if I would switch. Upon inspecting that second room, I found another actual live bed bug. The host was not helpful and was quite dismissive of the situation. She was defensive and kept insisting I show her exactly where they were, which made me feel very un
