    Worst room for the price paid. We paid 4k per day and it was not even worth 2k. Too basic, old dirty covers and carpet. Veey disappointed. Update: I never offered to remove the review for full refund. It was you who asked me to remove the review. And I asked you to refund the difference amount of what the room was worth and what was charged. Lying and putting up wrong info does not help you getting good reviews, but accepting and correcting yourself will help.

    WOW. Fantastic sound proof dorm, wedding in opp beach resort, nightclub side of hostel, hostel guests music in pool But still in room no disturbance 😌 2 BIG washroom for 8 beds and lots of daily cleaning, and not forcing us to use app for every small things like light fan door etc Beach view, simple kitchen, balconies etc makes this a 10/10 option for beach stay (also SAVE MONEY ON TAKING AUTO TO BEACH EVERYDAY MORNING OR EVENING)

    The staff and the managers never smile or greet. They helped us 3 hours early check in though. Games room as mentioned in the property description is under construction (therefore unavailable). Pool is too small. A lot of stairs to reach the room. There was no water in the attached bathroom for one night. Towels if needed are available for Rs 150 (only for use, need to return before departure). Calangute and baga are one hour away. There is no police check post from calangue to candolim but if one is staying in Mandrem (this property), they will encounter two police check posts. Cops check for drink and drive. Beware and be cautious. Last but not the least, sardar ji (the day manager) forces for 5 star review to the point tgat they won’t let you leave the property until you have reviewed it the best. They may even take your phone and give the maximum ratings if you are in a rush to leave and can’t do it yourself.
