- Das mir zugewiesene Zimmer 301 verfügte über keinerlei Betten, was für mich absolut inakzeptabel und nicht nachvollziehbar ist. Aufgrund dieses gravierenden Mangels sowie der insgesamt unhaltbaren Zustände habe ich das Hotel umgehend wieder verlassen und dort nicht übernachtet. Die gebuchte Dienstleistung wurde von mir zu keinem Zeitpunkt in Anspruch genommen. Die allgemeinen Zustände im gesamten Haus waren eine reine Katastrophe. Es machte den Eindruck, als sei nur ein einziger Personalangestellter vor Ort gewesen, der offensichtlich überfordert war und nicht mehr klar handeln konnte. Zusätzlich entstand der Eindruck, dass sich fremde Personen im Gebäude aufhalten bzw. dort wohnen, was ein starkes Unsicherheitsgefühl ausgelöst hat. Der Fahrstuhl befand sich in einem äußerst beunruhigenden Zustand und vermittelte keinesfalls Sicherheit. Darüber hinaus war keine Bettwäsche im Zimmer vorhanden, obwohl dies in anderen A&O Hotels üblicherweise selbstverständlich ist. In diesem Haus musste man sich die Bettwäsche selbst abholen – was in Verbindung mit einem Zimmer ohne Betten besonders absurd ist. Ich bin schwer enttäuscht, da ich andere A&O Hotels kenne, die deutlich besser organisiert sind und einen ganz anderen Standard erfüllen. Die vorgefundenen Zustände entsprechen in keiner Weise dem Qualitätsanspruch, den ich mit Ihrer Hotelkette verbinde.

- Extrem kaltes Zimmer trotz höchster Stufe der Heizung, Fenster zieht ringsherum kalte Luft, Ausblick auf einen vermüllten Platz, Schlafen war Aufgrund der Kälte nur in kompletter Wäsche einigermaßen möglich. Alles sehr alt und abgewohnt. Aufzüge katastrophal alt und wenig vertrauenserweckend (nirgendwo ein TÜV Siegel erkennbar....).

- No incluyen desayuno, el Personal del hotel no quiso hablarte , no te explica nada, no te ofrecen servicios...nada de nada...

- Personalet kunne ikke snakke engelsk. Utætte vinduer. Personalet ville ikke hjælpe med at tjekke ind eller finde en p plads selvom vi fik afvide at de ville hjælpe.

- Billighotel ohne Fachpersonal, Mit der Buchung war nicht klar, ob Bettwäsche für Bett im Gemeinschaftsraum benötigt wird. KI hat unzureichend geantwortet. Die Antwort auf nochmalige Frage kam nach meiner Abreise. Ich hatte auf meine Mobilitätseinschränkungen bei der Buchung hingewiesen. Das wurde bei Zimmerzuteilung gar nicht beachtet. Rezeption war bemüht, Problem zu lösen, aber mangels Qualifikation klappte es erst beim 4. Zimmer und mind. über 1 h Wartezeit, so dass ich erst kurz vor 23 Uhr auf dem Zimmer war. Zu wenig Schlaf für Uni am Folgetag! Zimmer war frisch saniert, Dusche nicht sauber. Die anderen besichtigten Zimmer waren unsaniert. Zuteilung also Glückssache. Haus ist Altbau und Fahrstuhl nicht barrierefrei erreichbar. Self-check-in funktionierte nicht einwandfrei. Haus ist ca 1 km vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.

- The cleanliness was very bad. The breakfast was not sufficient and lacked many options, and there was a delay in refilling the food when it ran out. The rooms smelled very bad and were not taken care of at all.

- In der Lobby und den Gängen roch es Cannabis. Die Fenster unseres Zimmers schlossen nicht richtig. Es war war eiskalt(Außentemperatur -2Grad)und sehr laut. Das Zimmer war in einem allgemein schlechten Zustand ( Wände beschmiert u.ä) Das Personal wollte oder konnte kann deutsch oder englisch sprechen, daher konnte man auch vor Ort keine Beschwerde führen.

The hostel is very close to the train station. It is very clean and the personal is very nice. The breakfast is very complete and good as well ! :) For the price, nothing to say ! However, it misses organized activities, the kitchen is in the underground and its really tiny ! Also, unfortunately we still need to educate people to not shout, slam the door or put music very loud ...
False advertising. This is way more like a hotel then as hostel with 0 atmosphere or socialization. If you are a solo backpacker or traveler, steer clear. Also over ran with middle and highschoolers?? Genuinely my least favorite hostel experience in all 25 countries I’ve visited. Not fun at all.
This hostel is a bit more expensive than the others, yet the facilities aren’t any better. There are no lockers in the rooms to store your bag. You either have to pay for a locker or leave it in a communal room with all the other guests’ bags. We also found it difficult to make ourselves understood to the staff. They seemed completely overwhelmed when we arrived.

Staff were helpful, but check in was very crowded. No lockers in the rooms, had to keep bag on my bed. The beds weren’t numbered, which caused a lot of confusion.

Confortable stay, strategic location, staff h24 , equipped kitchen . One of the best solution for a cheap fare
I was in a all female room. The plugs to charge the phone on each bed did not work, some of the beds their built-in lights also didnot work. The rooms were good size, but I really didn't enjoy the check-in process. The last thing I wanted after a long day of travelling is stand in the check-in counter dealing with a tablet. And then it didn't work so had to ask a staff to help.

Good room but no security lockers in the room. Nice bar area
The location was convenient, but there were no security lockers, so I didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings. The room was warm with no air conditioning. Although I booked a 4-bed room, we were given a 6-bed one without a clear explanation, even though they told us that there would not be more than 4 people in the room during our stay, and the staff were not helpful. The room and bathroom were not very clean. Overall, it was not worth the money I paid.
De keuken is heel klein en ligt in de kelder waar bijna niemand is, de liften komen uit de middeleeuwen en het personeel is onvriendelijk. De bedden zijn net kinderstapelbedden. Het was wel redelijk schoon en de ligging is prima
The kitchen is very small and is in the basement where almost no one is, the elevators are from the Middle Ages and the staff is unfriendly. the beds are just children's stacked beds. it was fairly clean and the location is excellent
I stayed in an 8-bed dorm and had a bad experience. The room was in a hidden hallway and there was no ventilation whatsoever. The room smelled bad and it was very hot. The same went for the guest kitchen, which also had no ventilation. Also some staff members also smelled bad.

Good overall, good price, good value, but some small things could be better. About 12 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof. Good common space. Bedsheets included, towels not. Overall clean and tidy. My bed charging port was not working though. I needed to charge my phone at a random plug in the room, which felt unsafe. There were also no lockers in the 8-bed dorm. That meant we had to leave our belongings in the room unprotected. Everything ran good however. Breakfast costs 12,50€ per person.
Buon ostello ,sopratutto perché dista poco dalla stazione dei treni pochi più avanti quella dei bus, munito di tutto anche del phon , sulla pulizia il minimo indispensabile, comunque il copri materasso e il lenzuolo te li danno in reception direttamente con le loro mani non è già fatto , se siete nel letto a castello al secondo piano salire quella specie di spazi è un po ostico soprattutto se sei bassa, il giusto
Good hostel ,especially because it is a short distance from the train station a few steps ahead of the bus station, equipped with everything including the phone , on cleaning the minimum indispensable, anyway the covri mattress and the sheet they give you at the reception directly with their own hands is not already made , if you are in the bed at castello on the second floor climb that kind of space is a bit ostentatious especially if you are short, it is right

Ik heb geen fijn verblijf gehad bij dit hostel. Blijkbaar moet je bij aankomst zelf je bed opmaken en ze schrijven bij binnenkomst op je bonnetje "je mag gratis beddengoed krijgen". Zou ook wel raar zijn als het niet gratis is, toch? Ik kwam laat aan wat betekende dat ik (terwijl iedereen probeerde te slapen) het hele bed nog moest opmaken. De WC in de kamer rook naar plas en er was geen locker in de kamer en geen oplader bij het bed. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding vond ik erg slecht.
I didn't have a great stay at this hostel. Apparently you have to make your own bed on arrival and they write on your coupon at the entrance "you can get free bed linen". It would also be weird if it's not free, right? I came in late which meant that I (while everyone else was trying to sleep) had to make the whole bed.
Ich habe in einem 5er Männerdorm geschlafen. Die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und das Bett super komfortabel. Lage sehr zentral. Kann es empfehlen

Die Lage und der Preis überzeugt, ansonsten wird leider nicht viel Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt. Gefehlt hat mir ein Schließfach auf dem Zimmer, hier gibt’s nur die Möglichkeit gegen Bezahlung die Sachen im Aufenthaltsraum einzuschließen (sofern was frei ist).
The location and the price convinced, otherwise unfortunately not much emphasis is placed on cleanliness. i missed a lockbox on the room, here there is only the possibility against payment to lock the things in the living room (if what was libre is).
