- The poor administration of the same. Terrible maintenance of the facilities. Having to ask reception to send bathroom products or to clean the room. In addition to the fact that they speak very little or almost no English. Very poor breakfast buffet

Die Bewertungen auf google maps sind mit großer Sicherheit fake. Die Unterkunft ist noch sehr neu und hat trotzdem bereits sehr viele Bewertungen. Mein Zimmer war nicht richtig geputzt, aber die größte Frechheit war das Bad. Das Klo war mit Exkrementen beschmiert und eine tote Fliege lag auf der Klobrille. Das Wasser beim Duschen ist nicht abgelaufen und so stand das gesamte Bad unter Wasser, in diesem Wasser schwammen Haare und anderer Schmutz. Die Küche ist kaum ausgestattet und somit nich...
The reviews on google maps are most likely fake. the accommodation is still very new and still has a lot of reviews. my room was not cleaned properly, but the most unusual was the bathroom. the toilet was smeared with excrement and a dead fly lay on the toilet. the water in the shower did not run out and so the whole bathroom was underwater, in this water floating hair and other dirt. the kitchen is equipped and therefore not difficult to cook.

- Todo lo demás. Ha sido un desastre. Mala organización a todos los niveles. No están preparados para los turistas.

- Primeramente al pagar me cobraron de más aplicando un cambio que les interesaba a ellos. A eso tienes que sumar que encima redondean el precio al alza, sin ni siquiera preguntarte. Los trabajadores literalmente acostándote para llevarse una propina por hacer prácticamente nada. Al entrar en la habitación (además de algo sucia) no había ni agua caliente ni aire acondicionado, aparte de que ni gel/champú había. Por suerte eso se arregló en mi último día de estancia. Sinceramente no volvería, son unos ladrones.

- They charged me more when I arrived, saying about the exchange rate? But even calculating the the rate, the were still trying to get more out of you. Pay in advance. Breakfast was only average.

+ Locatie is geweldig, vanaf het dakterras kijk je zo naar de Luxor Tempel. Of naar de berg met Hatsepsut tempel. In de vroege ochtend een mooi schouwspel van Luchtballonnen.
- Kamers zijn erg klein, maar in principe ben je toch de hele dag op pad in Luxor. Kleine kamers maar toch een prima slaapplek.

+ Perfekte Lage. Freundliches Personal. Großes Schwimmbad. Hat mir gut gefallen.

+ Bel emplacement avec vue sur le Nil, temple de Luxor et allée des Sphinx. Roof-top au 7ème étage avec piscine, transat, serviettes de plage et restauration possible jusqu'à 23h. Petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Possibilité de demander une "breakfast box" à emporter lorsqu'on part très tôt en visite. Gentillesse de tout le personnel, aux petits soins avec la clientèle. En particulier Younan, très agréable et toujours disponible si vous avez besoin d'un renseignement.
- Absence de lampes de chevet, remplacées par des appliques au-dessus du lit, un peu trop lumineuses.

+ Très bien situé au cœur de Louxor, au pied du temple et devant le Nil. Nous avons apprécié la propreté, le service et le prix. Taxi à proximité et bons restos tout proches.
- Rien, un peu bruyant mais normal puisqu’au cœur de Louxor ville.
+ Très bien bon accueil, personnel très attentionné, très bien situé pour partir découvrir Luxor et ses environs belle terrasse au dernier étage avec vue sur le temple de Luxor,,le Nil,et ses couches de soleil....Petit déjeuner copieux,local et bon. On recommande.

+ L’établissement est ancien mais très typique du pays. Beaucoup d’Egyptiens le fréquentent et donc l’ambiance est chaleureuse. L’emplacement est très bien, très proche du site de Louxor.
