Luxury 1-bedroom fully furnished apartment

- Cockroaches. Rock hard bed. Staff not helpful No equipment in the kitchen. Only 1 towel provided for a 1 bedroom suite, 2 towels allowed for a 2 bedroom suite. This was certainly not a luxury 1 bedroom suite stay as the description suggests

- Грязные апартаменты, везде строительная пыль которая очень вредна для здоровья. Персонал не хотел давать полотенце, обусловливая тем, что в апартаментах одна кровать, а значит и одно полотенце могут дать. Хотя бронь была для двух гостей. В апартаментах есть кухня, но нет посуды для приготовления . Только грязные стаканы и тарелки, в строительной пыли. Сами апартаменты неплохие, но не хватает нормального внимания хозяина к своему объекту, очень неприятно было возвращаться домой, в среду где все грязно и нет нормальных условий, полностью не соответствует уровню ОАЕ

- Cons, the bed sheet and comforter was not change, still hair with previous tenant was visible, toilet smells bad. Its also mentioned fully furnished. Yet no water kettle if you want hot water for coffee or tea. They have stove yet no pan for cooking. They also have washing machine yet no hanger or place to hang to dry your cloths. And price per night is 500 aed plus similar price to 4 star hotel. Just imagine i ordered coffee/tea and arrive not so hot from outside just because they don't have water kettle, doesn't make sense. Also the reception repeatedly asking for ID even we already presented upon check in.

+ The apartment is nicely designed and well equipped it has all the essentials like a good kitchen setup with ELPA appliances, fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and washing machine. The location is good, the A/C works perfectly, and communication before arrival was excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Vishnu Kumar for his warm welcome and for granting me a late checkout until 2 PM. There’s also a dedicated basement parking, so no worries about finding a spot

- However, the apartment wasn’t clean there was dust in several areas including the wardrobe bedroom and bathroom. Also, there were no tissues, towels, or shower amenities, and the hand soap was poor quality. The bed was extremely hard and the pillows uncomfortable, adding a mattress topper (even for AED 200) would significantly improve the sleeping experience. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was very slow, which made it difficult to work or stream smoothly. I’d consider staying again if these issues are improved. 👍

+ Хорошее расположение, в 10 минутах крупный продуктовый магазин Лулу, там можно выгодно купить продуктов и готовую еду. В 5 мин day2day, где дешевые сувениры, там же рядом Старбакс 👍🏼 именно там мы обычно и завтракали, где то по 50 дирхам. Квартира понравилась, много света, просторная, в живую лучше, чем на фото. Удобно что такси в любую точку выходило приемлемо, до пляжа 17 дирхам, до Лувра 30 дирхам, до острова Яс 70 дирхам

+ Расположение близко к центру, есть рядом и тц, и просто продуктовые магазины. Понравилось, что было чисто, светло, все работало

- Полотенца только 1 шт/человека, вид на парковку, на районе очень много индусов, мусорки на парковке, какие-то забегаловки вонючие. Окна были грязными, но мы и не открывали шторы) Кровать очень жесткая
