Disgusting staff and disrespectful manager! The property manager Karthik was drunk while he was working at the property and while talking to us the night we checked in. The room allocated to us was in an extremely dirty and unhygienic condition. Most concerningly, the bed and surrounding area were infested with bugs, including bed bugs, making it completely unfit and unsafe for occupancy. Due to this, we were unable to sleep in the bed and were forced to check out immediately for health and safety reasons. At the time of reporting the issue, the property manager Karthik acknowledged the situation and explicitly agreed to process a full refund the following day. However, we have now been informed via the booking agent that the hotel is refusing to honor this commitment. Additionally, it is important to place on record that the property manager, as well as certain staff members present at the time of our complaint, appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. This unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour further aggravated the situation and reflects poorly on the standards and management of your establishment. The other manager Sachin was drunk as well and was using abusive language.
