ViVa! Santorini Bnb

+ Assolutamente niente. Forse devo salvare il WI-FI funzionante e la localizzazione della struttura la salva, ma direi proprio che non basta.

- Non so come siano possibili certi punteggi. Ringraziamo di aver fatto solo una notte. È una camera fatiscente con bagno a dir poco scandaloso dove nemmeno si riesce a tirare l'acqua del WC senza che si intasi tutto (per rendere l'idea) il materasso è da morire, le molle si conficcano nella schiena e se ti giri sul fianco rischi di cadere a terra .... Ogni volta che si entra in stanza si percepisce una puzza di chiuso misto a fumo e per chiudere in bellezza ci siamo svegliati con un'umidità in stanza da far paura. No comment.

+ Niente. solo la posizione rispetto alla spiaggia di Perissa è okay.

- Staff scortese e maleducato, stanza per niente insonorizzata e piena di farfalline, luce del bagno inesistente o rotta quindi la notte impossibile usare il bagno, nelle foto è presente una piastra per cucinare che in realtà hanno tolto da anni perchè a quanto pare dà problemi con l'elettricità. Dopo esserci lamentati, ce l'hanno fornita assieme a una pentola il cui rivestimento antiaderente era completamente andato, e due coltelli (niente forchette, a quanto pare si mangia con le mani), nessun bollitore. Tutta plasticaccia dentro la stanza e il bagno, altro che luxury place to stay in Santorini.

+ Location is great. Beach is just few mins walk away. Room wasn't small . It's good for a couple.

- Service, reception was closed most of the time and nobody came to clean the rooms during my stay.

+ Le personnel est adorable, chaleureux et authentique. Bon emplacement.

- La climatisation est présente et s’allume cependant elle ne rafraîchit absolument pas la pièce (ventilateur je pense). Panneau sortie de secours lumineux dans la chambre ?! Nous avons du le couvrir avec une serviette de douche tellement la lumière est intense.

+ Bruna was an excellent host, funny and always smiley. Location was central, near the beach and the bus stop. The apartment was well equipped. Wifi working pretty well. Water was salty.

- Location was central however right in front of the hotel there is a bar/restaurant open till 4am and the noise coming from there was constant and extremely high. Plus you could hear everything from the street (also the noisy neighbours shouting every single morning). I would suggest to bring earplugs otherwise you would not sleep at all. (Even with closed windows) Such a shame as the place itself is pretty nice.

+ Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Im Zimmer wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Die Lage ist super, gegenüber ist direkt ein Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle. Zum Meer ist es auch nicht weit. Endlich mal eine Dusche die richtig Druck hat. :-)

- Die Zimmer in der untersten Etage sind leider sehr hellhörig..

+ Posizione centrale collegata bene con tutto. Personale cortese e molto disponibile.

- Al mattino in camera entrava la luce e l’acqua della doccia e del lavandino era salata

+ Camera piccola ma economica per Perissa. A due passi dalla stazione bus che porta a Fira.

- Camera vicino all'ingresso un po' rumorosa.

+ Such a beautiful and quiet place to rest, with amazing views and a gorgeous beach to relax on. The staff is so nice and welcoming. Value for money.

+ Жили в трёх местном номере на втором этаже.Радушная хозяйка Бруна когда надо обязательно поможет и подскажет. Очень качественно и чисто убрано. Номер имел приятный запах чистоты 👍 Местоположение также отличное рядом с морем и кольцом автобусов. Единственное что немного присутствует шум от центральной дороги , но это компенсирует удобство доборки ко всему необходимому.

+ Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, la posizione è il punto forte della struttura, è ottima sia per il mare che per spostarsi e visitare l'isola. La camera era pulita e funzionale. La proprietaria Bruna si è mostrata sempre disponibile e gentile.

- La camera non era provvista di stendibiancheria ma Bruna ci ha permesso di stendere sugli stendini esterni presenti nel corridoio della struttura.

+ Gazda ne-a ajutat cu o indeplinirea unei surprize pentru iubita. Au fost foarte draguti cu noi. Amplasarea foarte aproape de statia de autobuz.

+ Ubytovanie je priestranné, čisté a má k dispozícii aj terasu so sedením. Z terasy je výhľad na more. V apartmáne je menšia chladnička, rýchlovarná kanvica, jednoplatnička na varenie a riady. Ubytovanie je blízko pláže cca 2 minúty peši. Hneď cez cestu je malý obchod s potravinami. V okolí je veľa reštaurácii, kaviarní, pešia zóna na prechádzku a tiež obchodíky so suvenírmi. Kúsok od ubytovania je aj autobusová zástavka smerom do hlavného mesta. Ubytovanie určite odporúčam.
