**BED BUGS** Do not stay here. I knew this was going to be a cheap hotel, so I wasn't expecting anything fancy. However, when I arrived, I was given a single room that smelled strongly of cigarettes and mold (as shown in the photos). I had to argue with the staff downstairs to be moved to a bubble-bed room, which was the room type I had originally booked. At first, everything seemed fine, but later I realized the sheets had not been changed. There were black hairs all over the bed that clearly did not belong to me. When I asked for clean sheets, I was given sheets that were the wrong size. Given how poor the experience had already been, I decided to check for bed bugs—and I found them. When I informed the staff and asked for help after being exposed to bed bugs, they denied there was a problem and argued with me instead of addressing the issue. This place is absolutely not worth your money. You would probably be better off staying at a shelter than here. I wish I had never booked this hotel.

**BED BUGS** Do not stay here. I thought it would be fine for one night, well it wasn’t I got bed bugs and had to deal with them while travelling. I also asked for help from staff and for a refund and I was refused for both. When I explained that I found bed bugs all the front desk said was you should have complained earlier. They also gave us the wrong room at first and dirty bed sheets. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had an I’ve stayed at a lot of shit hostels and hotels.

Whatever you do dont stay here, it's infested with bed bugs and I tried to contact them 3 times to get a refund since I ended up leaving at 3:00 am due to the fact that the bed was crawling. They never replied. Also had to spend alot of money de infesting my bag and all my clothes because of this. Stay quite literally anywhere else.

Listen idk if they cleaned it up for the Olympics but I loved this hotel! It was small but also it was cheap, idk if we got lucky to get the cleanest room, but we slept like babies with the window wide open it felt amazing(no AC but I figured it wouldn't you gotta pay big money for that). The view out my window really went above and beyond for me it was unexpected. The guy down at the front desk was adorably nice and we never had a single issue. It's a cheap hotel but I've definitely stayed in worse here in the states! Totally worth the value. Didn't see any cockroaches or bed bugs. We were on third floor which definitely would have been my limit idk if I could handle any more stairs after walking all day!
