Sehr schönes altes geschichtsträchtiges haus. Stand Feb 2026 noch sehr frisch, weswegen noch die Routine fehlt. Aber das Personal ist sehr bemüht und es gibt schöne Aufenthaltsbereiche.
Very nice old historical house. stand Feb 2026 still very fresh, so the Routine is still missing. but the staff is very well attended and there are nice accommodation areas.
Excelente ambiente, todos súper predispuestos y atentos en todo momento.Nos sentimos muy cómodas desde que llegamos. Además, la ubicación es muy buena y práctica para recorrer la ciudad. Sin dudas volvería 😊
Excellent atmosphere, everyone super predisposed and attentive at all times.We felt very comfortable since we arrived.In addition, the location is very good and convenient to explore the city.I would definitely return 😊
Good Hostel in a great location, staff are amazing, quite quiet but very new. Could do with more bathrooms. Overall though very good
We stayed in Family Hostel for 3 nights and would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chilled, friendly atmosphere! The staff were great - very warm, welcoming and happy to talk to us about the area and their recommendations in Santiago. The location is great too - a short walk or metro to the centre. The hostel was clean and the facilities are good. Bear in mind that it hasn’t been open for long and is yet to pick up much attention, so don’t expect a super social/party atmosphere...
