- The aircond is not cool, the place gives a scary vibe, the heaters are wayyyy too hot, the bedsheets are torn and dusted. Can't sleep at all and euwww the cleanliness are very questionable

- Stayed here from 31 Oct to 2 Nov 2026, and it was a terrible experience. The bedsheet was dirty, toilet hose rusty, and there was a long-haired Chinese tenant in room 307 who seemed to stay long-term (there were papers pasted outside his door). He kept his door open, talked to himself, and knocked on his own door until 2–3 AM for two nights straight. It felt unsafe and impossible to rest. The reception never answered calls, and even messages through Booking.com got no reply. Overall, this place feels poorly managed and not safe at all. Not recommended. Please avoid this hotel.

- This is the worst hotel I've ever been to in my entire life. I booked 3 rooms. we had elderly with us and 5 kids all between 2yo and 8yo. It was 11.30 pm we were so tired after a wedding function and guess what, both rooms on 3rd floor were not opening. My husband had to rush downstairs and call the receptionist. He then opened the doors with a key. Once they were set there, we went on the 4th floor to our room and guess what again, 5 mins in and the electricity is dead! My husband had to rush down again (it was 12am+) call the same receptionist again. The poor guy was working all alone in a problematic hotel! He came and fixed the electricity and 30 secs later the power went off again. The most he could for us was give us another room. We were given 2 single bed room. The previous room was a family room. Imagine our frustration! And in this new room, the blankets were dirty, there was dust on the walls and ac, the water was not flowing well in the bathroom, and the shower handle was broken! We asked for a refund because we paid for a triple room and were given 2 single bedroom. I still haven't received a refund or any simple mail apologizing for the inconveniences we've faced! I've never had to endure so much in a hotel before! Never returning here again!

- But the washroom door was broken couldn’t close, when let know to staff at reception he contacted the housekeeping guy to check, after on there no update or no any changes we just complete the stay like that. The door main room door also cant lock from inside
